    I was charged $20 for application fee which they use as a credit application when I filled out the application there was no notification that I would be charged a $20 fee for a loan that I did not get approved for to me that's fraud.

    ******************** received a copy of fees when he open his account. I know people forget, so we will start adding the notice to every loan application that is given out. If  the loan is not approved we still charge $20.00 for processing fee. It is for the cost a credit bureau charges the Credit Union.  We will refund ******************** his fee back. I have been here 35 years and we have never had a complaint filed. I praise our credit union for how far we go to help our members. We have many members that are very happy with how we treat them. If there is anything else I need to do please contact our office.
