On May 19th 2023, I placed an order with them. On May 19th, I also received confirmation of the order and another email stating it had been shipped. My shop account stated it had been shipped, could not find a tracking number and was scheduled to be delivered between June 1 and June 6 2023. No contact from them stating any delays or problems. Have emailed several times trying to get an update with no response. The phone number *** *** **** says the wireless customer is not available. tried several times with same response. Also phone number *** *** **** goes to voice mail and no return calls.Business Response

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I started my complaint on June 13th after not getting any response with the seller.On June 14th, I was able to find his personal email.
"Why wasn’t I notified of the shipping delay. From May 19th until today June 14th is almost a month. Is that acceptable?"
His response, "idk why we’re not getting all the emails right away. we are shipping those this weekend sorry. "

His response, "we put when they were initially put online as pre order. i have poor service at the warehouse and don’t get all the calls. i will update tracking asap"
I responded "It did not show as a preorder. It showed in stock. I received any email stating it was shipped with delivery between June 1 and June 6."
It was not until June 16th, that the credit card stated it was in the process, and the 18th, it finally showed refunded.
So this proves his statement being incorrect and not truthful. This statement is based on facts and copies from from all emails.

I placed an order on may 5, 2023 I was given an delivery time frame of may 12-19, 2023 my item has not delivered I emailed them and there response was it’s going out in 2 days on may 27.2023 I emailed them to cancel and refund my money an have not received any response or my money back the person I was emailing is named William *******Business Response

he was refunded as the items were not able to get shipped out fast enough for him. we did a full refund for him didn’t charge him a restock fee. we even explained that we were behind due to a employee not doing his job while we were doing events. sry he isn’t happy a refund is the best we can do on this item. if he would have been patient we would have sent extras like we have been on the orders that we’re slow getting outInitial Complaint

I made an order on April 23rd. My shop account showed that it was shipped, however I didn't have a tracking number yet. I first messaged him on April 26th asking for tracking or if it's been shipped out. I was literally told "soon" A few more days go by and I asked again I was told that it was packaged up and should be out that day, it wasn't. I also asked if it would go out *** or **** and was told it would go out ****. I asked a third time yesterday May 1st and I get a message back saying that I'm being refunded because he doesn't like annoying customers who keep asking questions and that he will sell them to someone else. (I can provide the screenshots and the whole conversation for proof) and that he just doesn't have time for impatient people). Then after some back and forth he started to calm down and tell me about how he works so much outside of his business hours and does shipping during non-business times or whatever. If I would have been informed of that at first, I would have waited a month with no problems. I was only asking because I had a competition I was trying to plan for to see if I was going to be able to have these in time to use for the competition. But like I said before if I would have been notified up front that shipping was delayed and it would take a month I'd have been totally fine with that. I would have really liked the transaction to go through as I really like supporting small businesses but I'm guessing my money is not good enough for this company. As of this complaint, y order shows I've been refunded but no money has hit my account yet.Business Response

this guy was a pain to deal with. we have posted for last 2 weeks rheir would be shipping delays and we would get these out as fast as possible. i refunded this guy in full and tried everything to make him happy. he is one of those that just can’t be happy.
as far as finish the job i refunded him his money their is no job left to finish.
people like this make a bad name for any buisiness owner

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Please see the attachments provided. Please note that one of the screenshots provided indicates that my order was "FULFILLED" by the company, which is why I was asking for tracking information. But instead I kept getting a different answer every time. The screenshots of his ******** post were taken yesterday Wednesday March 3rd as he's claiming that he posted this information weeks ago ( see red circle) This was literally posted the day I told him I was putting a review on the BBB. He has also since deleted our chat on his website chat as well. I have the entire conversation screenshotted for proof of needed. I was very polite l to him and never once was rude to him at all. Like I have said before, If I would have been notified of the shipping lead time ahead of time, This would be no issue.
I would also like to note that It seems that he might not have had the items in his possession at the time of sale.( You can see the past review and complaint from a previous customer where he sold an item he did not have in his possession) The items have been removed completely from his website and no longer exist as an item in his inventory. Screenshot of items "purchased", and a screenshot of anything he carries from that particular manufacturer to show that the items I originally tried to purchase or not even available. And you can do this because he sorts out on his website by manufacturer. It is clear that he will not be able to honor the sale, as I don't believe he has the items in stock that he was trying to sell to me in the first place.

I ordered a product from this company and still have yet to receive it. I have reached out to *** again and they still don't have the package, nor any verification that you scheduled a pickup. At this time, I'm asking that you reach out to *** as you are the shipper and figure out what is going on. If you truly sent the package, you will need to put in a claim with *** as the shipper as there's nothing I can do on my end. I'm quite ***et that I even have to tell you what to do at this point, it's been over 4 weeks since I ordered this truck and you already took payment on 1/30/2023. This is beyond unacceptable and I need you to fulfill your end of the business deal. Below is what *** has e-mailed me.----

Your concern on the shipment that you were expecting is highly understandable and we apologize for the inconvenience. Based on the system, the billing information was received on 02/16/2023. However, we do not have the physical possession of the shipment. We also do not have any verifications of a pick up that was scheduled. If your sender stated that they shipped out the shipment, a package investigation is needed to to further research. Kindly contact the sender for further arrangements.
