    This is sham of a company. They operate by selling gift certificates then they won't honor them when you try to redeem them. You can call a hundred times and they won't answer or return messages. They operate in the back of building they used to own, but must've not been able to pay the rent because now it is a remodeling place and Hands on Detail has a sign on the door to call their number or text for an appointment. They are beyond unprofessional and are an embarrassment to the community. There are many more people out there who have been ripped off by them if you read their google reviews. They should be shut down for good, One star is too much.
