  My husband and I called Dimagno and asked for a price to have the 4 corners of our .20 acre lot marked. We were quoted *******. We said okay and then 2 men came out 2 days later and were unable to do the survey as there were no markers, or pins in the ground (which we told DiMagno before they came out to our house). The 2 workers said they could keep looking for the markers but then the bill would be 1500-2000. My husband told them not to worry about trying to find the pins. A month later we get a bill in the mail for 695$. Unsure why we received such a high bill when we were told ******* on the phone. Called Dimagno and he was rude and dishonest and said he would take us to court . We want to pay for the time spent but 695 is not what was agreed on.

  In response to your complaint letter dated Wednesday, August 24, 2022. 

  **** ******'s called our office in reference to a survey in finding her property corners. I discussed the price would be around $300.00-$400.00 "if all the corners were found by the field crew". ****

  ****** said "They didn't know where any of their corners were". If all corners could not be found the price would be by the our hourly Fee Schedule which means the field crew would have to search further for neighbor corners to measure off of to get the correct lot measurement to stake their corners. 
  

  My field crew arrived in the morning on June 30, 2022 and could not find any lot corners. They then went three lots away to find some corners. *** ****** did not come out until they had gone three lots away to find some property corners. At this time my field crew informed *** ****** what was not found and to move forward with the survey it would be considerably more due to the fact that none of the lot corners were in on their property. 
  

  *** ****** did not want to spend the extra money to finish the job they requested and told the field crew to leave. The ******'s were only billed for the time spent looking for the corners, research and travel time. At no time was I rude to the **. & **** ******'s. They called and argued the bill and I explained the charges that were posted on the time sheet. The ******'s were rude to me on the phone when I was speaking threating not to pay for any services rendered and also in reporting my company.
