    On (01/16/2024) Approximately 4:30pm i had came to the, Premier Nissan of Morgantown, had speaking with a sales-rep: (Mr. ******). "By the way, a good man!" But on a business level, i was done wrong by this company at a time that could mean my future or being homeless. And im not asking for a hand out, but i am seeking justice on behalf of those who go through this. To keep a long story short. Lets start with names. Mr. ******, did the sale. Mr. ***** did finance. Mr. ***** is the guy who is telling me no returns "for any customer for any reason "Do to Inequality laws." Mr. ***** & Mr. *** do the maintenance on a vehicle that was broken from day one. 3 days ago. Came in, after 48.22 mins. I pulled off the lot, on my travel home 20miles away. I noticed the steering was pulling to the right, Windshield fluid was frozen, & when i pulled into my lot, i could tell the shifting was hard & late. Called the next morning & was told no returns. Even tho my contract said "AS IS" I WOULD HAVE 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO RETURN THE VEHICLE IF THERE ARE SIGNS OF MECHANICAL ISSUES. On top of those issues, tonight on 01/19/24 i find out that my idle shift isn't showing up on the dashboard. I have spoken to ***** on multiple occasions and this is the tone i get. "The Kia Soul has never been deemed unsafe by any of my mechanics. It has in fact passed safety inspection twice. We do not have a rental car program. However if the warranty company does find an issue they usually provide a vehicle if one is readily available. I do not handle rentals. *** ******* handles all rentals." This is the reply i am now giving. "If the vehicle was certified and looked at by master Mechanics, as you stated earlier today by phone. Wouldn't they have known the alignment was bad on the vehicle? Which in turn, means your dealership knew the alignment was messed up, and you allowed a customer/myself to drive off the lot with a vehicle that was not properly certified & unsafe!     They are corrupt. I purchased a new vehicle and took it back to them after 6 days. I was having panic attacks in medium to heavy traffic due to the width of the vehicle. I handed them the contract, keys, and a written note stating that I was cancelling the contract per the cancellation instructions. They told me that they could not take it and made comments about buyers remorse. I explained to them that I needed a vehicle that was more compact. The financial guy stated one excuse after another about why they could not take the vehicle back. In the end, he said the only thing that he could do was offer me the option to trade-in the vehicle. I tried to do that, but he came back and said that I needed to provide him with $15K in CASH upfront. He knew that I did not have any cash to put down on the other vehicle and he has forced me to keep the vehicle that not only puts my health and safety at risk, but also puts other people on the road in jeopardy. It is asinine to ask someone to provide that amount of money in cash. At the moment, it feels like I have no recourse in getting a vehicle that is more compact so that I am not having panic attacks. But, I thought that I would warn others about being asked to provide large sums of cash upfront.
