    This place sells very poor quality furniture! Bought Jackson furniture couch and loveseat and thy both stated to break down in 51 days and they replaced with the another set that is even worse in 104 days. There final answer was to provide a box of poly fill to testify couch. We asked the the first time for our money back to put toward a better quality ser and they said they could not do that but replaced. On this second go around the claim the only thing they can do is for us to add poly fill. The lady claimed she was the owners daughter and busted it was wearing down to us being heavy. I am 5’10” and weirght 210 lbs. The establishment in owned and operated by ************** and you pick up you stuff at there wear house. I e have been told. Many lies during this whore ordeal! Buyers beware!

    Good evening ****, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your furniture. We strive to sell products we believe in and stand behind. I have not been involved in all of the interactions you've had with us but I can speak to some of this. I was actually one of the people that exchanged your first set out. You picked up the first set from our warehouse. Because your wife was so unhappy, we delivered the second set to you, an hour away I believe, at no charge without even going through the manufacturer's warranty process because we wanted to make sure you were happy. When I was at your house, I agreed with the staff members that couldn't see anything wrong with your first set. I explained how certain styles of sofa are more prone to cushion movement, from our least to most expensive, and how it can easily be fixed. In your home, I showed you in less than 30 seconds what to do and the sofa looked brand new. Your wife simply responded, "well, I'm not going to do that" The manufacturer you selected makes oversized, soft furniture. That type of furniture will show more wrinkling than a smaller, more firm set. That's a simple trade off that exists with everything. That was what you chose in our showroom. We do follow the warranties as set forth by the manufacturer, even though we went above and beyond by replacing the first set at no charge. During your second complaint, we submitted the information to the company and they determined that there was little wrong with it but more stuffing would solve the issue. Your wife refused to even try that. She wouldn't even entertain the possibility of that solving it. As to the price change, it has nothing to do with the quality. I do not make the price tags for our store, but I can say that, despite inflation in other areas in the news, we have seen a reduction in costs from some manufaxcturers as the supply chain,and fuel surcharges have decreased and even gone away in some cases. I suspect the reduction in price has more to do with things going back to "normal" over the past 6 months or so from the issues that were seen during the pandemic. The company that makes your furniture is one of our best selling manufacturers. We will admit that any company can have lapses in quality from time to time, so we exchanged the first set, at no charge to you and at our own expense, without even going through the normal warranty process. But if it were truly a problem with their manufacturing process then we would be getting more complaints from other customers. However, that is not what we are seeing. We are happy with their products and the vast majority of our customers are happy with the products and the policies for rectifying any issues that do arise. As to the personal attacks, we are a family owned business that has been here since 1967. We live in this community. We serve it proudly and strive to be the best that we can be. We would not still be here if we did anything else. With all of that being said, we are still hoping to go through the manufacturers suggestions for rectifying your issues if you and your wife are agreeable to that.
