Sales department tried to leverage an additional $1000 on a $41,941 F150 after agreeing to a deal on Friday but needing until Monday to secure the financing. Dealer representative claims they indicated the price was only being honored on Friday which is an out right lie. BAD BUSINESS! Just lost two customers forever over $1,000.Ford Lincoln of Morgantown

We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter regarding a pricing disagreement for a 2022 Ford F-150 he was attempting to purchase for his son. On 02/28/2025, the customer expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle with a specific understanding of pricing. It was clearly communicated to the customer that the pricing for the vehicle would be changing on March 1, 2025, and that the best option for honoring the current pricing would be for the customer to complete the purchase on February 28, 2025, which was the day before the price change took effect. We made this offer with the intent of accommodating the customer and ensuring he could secure the vehicle at the agreed-upon price. During our discussions, the customer requested to place a deposit to secure the pricing. However, we informed him that due to our company policy, which is dictated by our parent company, Lithia Driveway, we are unable to accept deposits. This policy is in place to streamline the purchasing process and maintain consistency in how transactions are handled across all of our locations. Regrettably, despite our willingness to honor the pricing if the vehicle was purchased by February 28, 2025, the customer chose not to proceed with the purchase. Due to wanting to obtain outside financing. Following this, we received the complaint regarding the situation, and we have reviewed the circumstances thoroughly to ensure our policies and practices are transparent and in line with industry standards. We would like to assure both the BBB and the customer that we value all of our customers and their satisfaction is very important to us. While we were unable to accommodate the request for a deposit, we did offer the customer a fair and reasonable opportunity to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price within the agreed time frame. We hope this explanation provides clarity regarding our actions and the circumstances surrounding the situation. We remain committed to providing excellent customer service and will continue to do so in all future interactions. Thank you for your attention to this matter. My wife bought floor mats from the service department, over a month ago. Then every week when she would call to see if they were in yet and they kept giving her the run around saying “next week. Next week.” Then next week would come and they said “oh they’re out for delivery on the truck.” Then she went in and when the guy called weather tech in front of her weather tech said they never received an order from ford Lincoln for floor mats. So they had been lying to her for over a month about ordering floor mats, this is seriously the worst dealership and parts department in the tristate area. The employees are rude.Ford Lincoln of Morgantown

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that you located our dealership for your Chevrolet vehicle need through the Weather Tech Dealer Locator. Upon further investigation of your order, we contacted the supplier and was notified that the original order had been voided by Weather Tech. This is what caused confusion on whether we had ordered your floor mats and seat covers. Once we place an order, we are at their mercy. We did not lie about your order as you stated in your review. We simply placed the order and Weather Tech cancelled your order well after the order was placed. We were not notified of this cancellation. Unfortunately, in your situation it did take longer than normal. We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. Making an accusation that we are the worst dealership and parts department in the tristate area is a very unfair statement. We wish you would have addressed this with us prior to posting a review. Feel free to reach out to our Customer Relations Manger or Parts Manager if you would like to discuss this any further.Review fromHux D

1 starMy problem with said company is on going..so they may yet resolve it but I would like to warn others of the negative treatment they will likely receive from Ford Lincoln of Morgantown WV. They will keep you as least informed as physically possible with what they do when they service your vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from them that broke down in 3 days...then took 7 days to provide me a loaner after JUAN ******(salesman who sold it to me)cussed me out over the phone calling me may things all because I called to ask yet again when I would get a loaner. They then had my truck in there service department for almost 50 days(47 or 48 days)...they put 72 miles on it test driving..an return it to me still broken as two days later the engine light returned an it again was running poorly. 47 days they had my vehicle...an I had to call to get updates as they wanted to tell me nothing..which when I got info..it was patchy at best as it appeared no one there knew anything about my vehicle status..promised several times it would be done by Friday...47 days later returned with 72 extra miles on it an a very vague repairs an parts list. My extended warranty is still covering all work as of yet but I was paying on a truck that I didn't even see for almost two months an it is now yet again being repaired(by ******* Chevrolet this time..which was apparently an option with my warranty which wasn't in my paperwork btw they never even gave me all of...but after getting all the warranty information available still wasn't mentioned an they never told me of that option) I do have better faith in ******* Chevrolet they seem to be good people. I don't blame Ford Lincoln for the truck having issues. I blame them for the rude an dismissive customer service. JUAN ****** being the worst but I tried to reach out to the GM CADE an the customer service manager LAURA who I did get to speak with n from of voice-mail. I regret doing business with them an heed others to not make the mistake.Review fromSteven C

supposed to perform an Oil Change Service that was supposed to top off all of the fluids. The Antifreeze was not touched leaving it below the minimum specifications, The Wiper Fluid wasn't touched and I never received an Oil Change sticker that normally goes into the driver's side windshield. The dealership was also supposed to do an alignment on the vehicle, however, they stated it has choppy tires. They should have recommended the tires needing to be replaced instead of performing the alignment I explained to them look I don't care how long it takes for you to perform the service. I have a rental no rush at all. The service manager Wade ***** also states they never took the tires off, but on the Invoice it states they check the brakes on 7/32nd for disc and 3/32nd drum. First off when I got my car back I had to retorque the lug nuts they were extremely loose and my vehicle does NOT have drum brakes. I would also like to ask if the dealership even test-drove the vehicle? While it was there to experience the pulling to the right issue. Does the Tech that was working on this vehicle have an ASE Certification? I was also going to have the dealership perform a replacement key service but they failed to call me back after 4 days and didn't have the time to respond to my emails. The dealer's service manager Wade ***** was extremely rude when calling me back and couldn't even help me at all with the issues that were performed. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone or any lithia dealership ever again! If this is how Ford / Lincoln expects ford to do the service on their expensive Vehicles then you can forget about me ever owning another Ford / Lincoln Product.Ford Lincoln of Morgantown
