    On 9/28/2023 i bought a car from this dealership. They had stated before i bought it that it was having transmission problems but they stated that they fixed it and that it was driving fine and shifting with no problem.I bought the car for my Granddaughter who lives in another state. They started to drive the car back to their home and it broke down about 150 miles from the dealership. At that time my son had to have the car towed and the dealership was notified and they went and brought the car back to the dealership stating that they would replace the transmission and even tow it to my sons house in ********* ** without any charge to me. First the mechanic was ill then after many many texts and excuses and over 2 months supposedly the transmission had been replaced and the car was ready. I was told that they would be taking the car to my sons house. I kept texting and calling and the only point of contact i had was the salesman, Andre, so that is who i would communicate with. He kept telling me that the "Boss" would be calling me and it would never happen. The Boss called my son and was very rude and told him he didn't owe him anything. After another 2 weeks of waiting I called the salesman and he stated that they would have it out to my son by that Friday which was 12/15/2023. He reaassured me that the car was repaired and he had driven it and it ran great. I explained to them that if the car was not taken to my son by the above date that i would come get the car and see that it got to my son.They did not make the car available to me and told me it was in a locked lot in ****** Ohio and no one could get it out till the next week. On 12/18/2023 i was able to go get the car.I have had the car looked at and there has been no transmission work done and the transmission is not working. it will not go in reverse and slips in forward. I have to get the car fixed and i want reimbursed for the cost of the repair I will get completed on the car.
