I stop at this location once a week for breakfast and order a combo meal. The menu at the drive through states that a combo meal comes with hashbrown and small coffee. When I order with a small coffee, I am upcharged $0.29 for the small coffee. The receipt from 7-25-23 at 5:49AM states 1 Sau Gravy Bic Ml $6.59 1 S Premium Roast $0.29 Subtotal $6.88 I have question this charge with the cashier in a friendly manner and even say "I guess you all are still upcharging for small coffee". On two occasions I spoked with the manager. The first time the manager said "she would look into it" This morning 7-25-23 the manager said "Tell him to deal with it, that is the way it is" I didn't save all my receipts, but did save some. The receipts I have on hand are; 3-27-23 5:55 AM Order 49 4-5-23 5:32 AM Order 21 4-12-23 5:47 AM Order 39 6-20-23 5:45 AM Order 26 6-29-23 5:51 AM Order 42 7-7-23 5:40 AM Order 26 7-12-23 5:40 AM Order 22 7-25-23 5:49 AM Order 50 I believe this is false advertising since the menu both at the drive through and inside state that a combo meal comes with a small coffee. I am pretty sure this practice is illegal. I have shown sufficient history and have politely notified store staff and managers on multiple occasions. Yet, this issue remains unresolved.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/10/2023

I contacted the customer directly by phone to inform him of the error.  The register system was separating the sales from the meal and the small coffee.  By doing this it created an issue with the customers receipt showing a drink upcharge.  The receipt has now been corrected to reflect the correct order.
