    Alford's team consisting of the foreman, "Junior" (Jamie ** R*******), Chris M********, and Cayden M***** completed the outside foundation repair portion of my project today. Even with being hampered by rain, wind, tornado warning sirens, and wet earth, they completed the job on schedule. The whole team was experienced and knowledgeable about the difficulty of the project and work; everyone individually explained details in a manner that even a layman could understand; everyone appeared to take pleasure in the work that they do and the company they work for. Phase 2 was Alford performing the main beam and joists stabilization, with 13 of their smart jacks and 3 beams sistered. I can imagine that this was a very difficult job from the narrow crawl spaces. But the team of Marquese A****, David W*****, and Brandon T***** made my house level again. I got home early on the last day, and Marquese took me underneath and showed me the metal beams that they installed and the strong supports. Every question I had, he answered from experience and knowledge. I also want to give a shoutout to the project manager, Tim B******, for his rapid responses to questions I had and his coordination with my work schedule, and to Drew M***** for his complete and transparent explanation of the project during estimation. All in all, I'm well satisfied with choosing Alford for this extensive project.

    Alford arrived on time and did exactly what we had discussed doing. They removed and replaced plastic sheeting in our crawl space after a groundhog invasion; and they sprayed Bactrix solution throughout the basement. The improvement was immediate.

    Harassed. I got a quote from Alford home solutions two plus years ago. The quote was for the value of the home- and a $500 repair fixed the problem. They were scammers but that’s not the real problem. Since that time I have sold the house and moved. They have called, or emailed, multiple times a month since then. I’ve asked repeatedly for them to not. At this point it is harassment. I would not recommend them to anyone, ever, under any circumstances.
