On 1/19/23 I paid $1875 to get windows ordered and on2/21/23 paid $1875 at I installation (required). Didn’t keep notes earlier because I trusted they would do what they told me. 7/3/23 after many calls and false promises I left message if I didn’t hear from from from them I would take other measures. 7/10/23 they sent someone and he found 2 windows damaged and would bring putty to fill in space between windows and wall to keep drywall from falling out. 7/20/23 I called and told it would take 10 business days to know delivery date (employee was on vacation and no one else could place order). 8/9/23) called to get status on order was told she was with a customer and would return my call. She never called me back. Based on past experiences I knew they didn’t plan on fixing the damaged windows and installing putty. Before they installed windows the trim was againstv the wall. They did send someone earlier to fasten the trim to the wall that was not secured to the wall after installation and glue a piece on outside of window that was cracked.

    Hello,

After receiving this complaint today (08-22-23) we contacted the customer directly and reminded them that we spoke to them last week (08-17-23) and told them that the two defective sashes were on order through the warranty claims dept.(warranty claim placed on 07-20-23)  We are just waiting for them to come in. We also reminded the customer that as soon as we get the new sashes we would get them installed for them asap. In addition we asked the customer if there was any other concern at this time...something we may have missed, we were told no... only the sashes were of concern. We hope to have the replacement sashes soon.
