I ordered a package of granola bars from an online company named "Totalhill". The only payment option was ****** and when the payment went through, it was to a personal name and email, not the "Totalhill" company. Then, when I attempted to stop the payment, it was restricted through paypal. Unfortunately, a quick internet search revealed that the listed business address is actually a residential property and it seems many other people have fell victim to this scam.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with the website ************* for the amount of 33.51. After I made my payment with what I thought was to the company it showed up in my bank account to. ****** account to an individual. Upon further investigation and reading reviews, I have found that this is a fraudulent website. I wish I had checked first. Just because a website looks legit doesn’t mean that it is!Initial Complaint

I ordered laundry detergent from ************* it looked legit but got and email confirmation from *************************** and knew I was scammed. I “tracked” the order and it says delivered with tracking ******* but it was never delivered.Initial Complaint

his store is a complete scam. First, it's operating out of a residential address, which is already a red flag. I found an online ad for a product that's nearly impossible to find anywhere else. Their website claimed to have 1,500 in stock. However, they only allow you to add items worth less than $40 to your cart, likely to make it harder to dispute charges later. They seem to specialize in advertising products that have been discontinued, are out of stock everywhere, or are no longer manufactured. This is a deliberate tactic to mislead consumers. I hope the complaints filed here on the BBB will help prevent other shoppers from experiencing the frustration and disappointment I did.Initial Complaint

Ordered the product online. Thought it was a legitimate website. It had a ****** option for payment. Purchased product and got absolutely no response from the website. No confirmation email. It’s been five days. The only confirmation email was through ****** telling me that the purchase went through. I tried calling the business and the number is out of service that they have on their website. It seems like a huge scam. ****** was able to re-issue my money so I don’t care about that but I don’t want somebody else to experience this. Very sketchy business.Initial Complaint

Ordered Barbie Chelsea Bedroom Set on 7/9/2024. A pending charge through ****** shows up on my credit card. I emailed Total hill asking for confirmation of my order and delivery date. I have not heard from them. The phone number listed on their website is not valid. The name listed on the ****** transaction sent up a red flag. This is a scam and their website should be taken down.Initial Complaint

I ordered from website and got payment transaction confirmation from ******. then silence - no tracking number, phone number does not work and no information on email.
