Scammers... they call asking if you can go do a repair service call somewhere in your city... then ghost you. They are very responsive and seem to be available at all times...up until you've done something and you want to get paid. Weeks later...they'll get back to you and say sorry they were busy and they "REALLY want to help you get paid. " However...when you request payment, they attempt some kind of ****** scam.

We are a contractor and have the same story - they are not paying for service performed.

Worst company ever! Im a general contractor and they have ghosted me all because I do quality work and it is to much paperwork to do for them to keep going back to the owner and telling them the issues there is with their property. They would have rathered me do low quality work to keep costs down. I even pointed out once a major fire hazard that was literally one on switch away from burning a house to the ground because it was also right next to an improperly disconnected gas line. They refused to acknowledge the issue because it had to be brought up by a resident not a contractor. I fixed the issue while I was already in the vacant home fixing something else that was meaningless in comparison but I did it because I have a soul. I knew that they would rent it out and not tell someone about it and the minute they used the dryer it would have been over! To make matters worse when we parted ways they have since refused to pay me over $15,000 in past due invoices on jobs that are already completed. I have had no choice but to get an attorney to go after them for the money. This company is horrible, both from a contractors point of view and if I was a property owner Id be very careful if I was you. They hire the bottom of the barrel contractors and if your not cheap enough they fire you. Theyre scum! If I could leave 0 stars I would in a heartbeat

We are an HVAC service company, they ordered a service call, this call was a commercial service call, ************** spent 3 hours determining what happened and 2 hours of that was travel time. office work, and gas costs, the company was billed, and the operator who oversaw it said that they could only cover $99 and no more. I highly do not recommend anyone to deal with this company, they are not responsible for their business.

they scam their workers and exploit them most workers have no clue on property management

Contractors beware!!! These people do not pay their bills and give you the run around. Don't waste your time with them.

Do not work with them! They do not pay *** when they pay take 21 days to do it. They are terrible with their employees in ****** (without any benefits by law) and because of that they have a terrible rotation. ***** and ****** are professional scammers.

This company contacted us for an emergency repair to a refrigerator. Since performing the service call, we have been unable to get in touch with anyone at this company. We have been unable to get paid for our services. DO NOT agree to perform any services for this company.

Worked a few small jobs for this company. They failed to pay the bill, even after repeated attempts. Do not work for them, they don't keep their word and are not professional.

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. CAME ACROSS TGEM FROM THUMBTACK.COM. WE HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEY SLOPPY, AND NOT HONEST. THEY CONTINUE EVERY MONDAY TO ALERT ** THAT X** IS NO LONGER WITH OUR COMPANY AND X** IS TAKING OVER FOR HER. THEN THERE IS EITHER NO RESPONSE BACK FROM THE INITIAL PERSON OR THEY IGNORE THE **** THAT YOU HAVE SUPPLIED THEM WITH THE INFORMATION THEY ASKED FOR YOU FOR AND NOW THAT YOU HAVE (THAT WAS THE AGREEMENT) THAT CONTINUE TO LIE TO YOU ABOUT THE MONEY THEY OWE YOU FOR THE ESTIMATING WORK YOU DID FOR THEM. HORRIBLE AND DO NOT GET MIXED UP WITH THESE PEOPLE. WHO EVER THEY ARE!!!!!
