Absolutely terrible service here. Their sales team were all about getting me into a $70,000 truck, but their service department clearly wants people to stop doing business with Tyrrells. Oil changes should not take 8 hours, and God forbid anything warranty related needs to be done. Brand new truck I bought with 12 miles on it, not even ****** miles in and the transmission started having problems. ******* gets me in and tells me the problem, with a PROMISE to call that day. Nothing from anyone after 9 hours and i find out my service writer left early for the weekend, and my truck was parked that morning and never touched all day. Needing a vehicle for my job I have to call, and the man I spoke to basically tells me to kick rocks. My company has bought 5 Brand New vehicles in 5 years from here, and I will be doing everything in my power to never buy here again. My grandfather retired from ***** and I've never driven anything but GM. This continuous experience with horrible service, and bad attitudes has caused me to think this dealership isn't worth even checking with anymore. You just lost my company's loyalty because your service department, including mechanics, cannot do their jobs correctly. My company loses business if I fail to call my customers, theirs should too.

Yet another poor experience with Tyrrell auto group, Obtained both vehicles from Tyrrell, tried to trade in 1 vehicles that was paid off, to cover lease return fees on the other and down payment for new vehicle. Returning lease with ***** less miles then allowed, garaged whole time, car is pristine ... yet due to market value they say my father owes more, they claim somewhere between 5-8k ... so figured id trade my truck in to cover the excess on the lease and serve as a down payment for the new vehicle. Told by ****** Tyrrell to talk to used cars people to get truck value then come back and discuss the lease end as well as new truck sale. I got told to sell truck across town to his brother at ************** ... and then come back to buy the new vehicles ... Why would I go back to them. Worse part when I tried to exit 2 gentlemen in the used auto department put hands on me. Yea I was upset, and my NY got a little loud ... Don't know why I went back, I've had such poor customer service through the years, **** lies in my opinion rise to the level of stealing from my elderly father. So buyer beware ... dont trust this dealership without doing your homework.

My wife and I reliantly relocated to Cheyanne WY, and looked to Tyrrell Auto Centers to place a custom order for a 1,500 Chevy truck. The sales representative took a $1,500.00 deposit from us and promised a bi-weekly update on the order. 3 months later with zero contact I reached out to Dallas Tyrrell the general manager to discover that the sales representative was no longer employed at Tyrrell Auto Centers. Dallas claimed assured me that the order was placed and that our vehicle would arrive shortly. After contacting General Motors, we discovered that the order was not received into their system. We left multiple voicemails for Dallas Tyrrell as well as emails. After we contacted General Motors about this lack of communication, they opened a case and reached out to Dallas Tyrrell. He responded via a call back to us the same-day. He was extremally unprofessional making claims that their voicemail and email system wasn't working?? Further in the conversation he reference one of the emails sent to him. Curious about his claim on the dealerships emails not working?? We requested that I get my $1,500 deposit back. Dallas Tyrrell said not a problem and took my credit card # with a claim that we would see the $1,500 credited back to my credit card within 2-3 days. 2-weeks later nothing! We contacted Dallas once again, he asked for our credit card # again and now claimed that it would take 7-10 business days to see the $1,500 credit. Which is it Dallas?? The simple solution would be to cut us a check to pay us back. Ridiculous was of time, energy and effort for all parties involved. Still waiting on our payment and furthermore a formal apology for the weak professionalism, communication and representation of General Motors product.
