I was unknowingly made a customer of this credit union for my auto loan in August of 2022. I ordered a vehicle from Kia online and picked it up at the local dealership, *** ** ********. I was convinced that *** ****** ******* would have been the ones to finance my loan. Unfortunately, the local dealership put my loan through WyHy. I have had nothing but an awful experience with this credit union. Their customer service is non existent and their branch is inconveniently located. I have made countless attempts to work with them only to struggle with creating an online account, as every temp password they provided wasn’t valid, and their blatant refusal to work with me remotely, as I live and work about 45 min away from their branch. they’ve been rude and now won’t even respond. I have provided them with authorization to auto pay my main bank account at ***** *****. I provided them with written consent, my balance info, and the routing and account numbers. I tried connecting my wyhy account directly to my ***** ***** one, but i need to be able to get into my wyhy account to confirm two small deposits for security through ***** *****, and have been refused these deposits totals and access to my wyhy account. now, wyhy has trashed my formerly high credit score by marking my account for repossession. I have the money for my payments. I had a great credit score and attempted relentlessly to communicate. Yet, I am left in a difficult position because I am struggling to find someone to refinance my loan to get it out of WyHys hands. Please advise.
