    I cant get anyone in the business to return calls, emails or messages regarding progress of my order, whereabouts of the items ordered or a projected delivery date. Im being ghosted.

    I was contacted by the business. However am skeptical as to dates given for delivery of items. I feel the contact and dates given were only to satisfy the BBB complaint. Please keep the file open until I’m satisfied with the outcome.

    I was contacted by the business shortly after advising you (BBB) of the existing issue. I still am waiting for the products to be delivered. Though I was given delivery dates - they have come and gone. Please further your efforts to find remedy. I truly feel the business at issue will continue to avoid delivery.

    The customers coffee table came in at 5:50 last night and he was contacted immediately and set up delivery tomorrow between 2-4. 
    The sofa is scheduled to be delivered October 1st. I have attached the info from the trucking company.

    I responded each time I received an update - I’m troubled by your stating otherwise. The case should not be closed as I am still waiting for a last piece to arrive. The company n question ‘Clure Brothers (Cheyenne)’ has been unprofessional in their treatment to me as a consumer. I ask the case remain open until my account is satisfied.

    I have attached the estimated delivery time to the finishing shop(Stain shop) Depending on when it gets to the finisher it will be approximately 2-3 weeks after.

    We receive an Amish truck every 2 weeks. I am emailing my builders to make his stuff a priority if possible.
    Amish can take 3-4 months and we are well within that time frame. 

    I also attached his sales ticket to show we are still within our time, but our sales ticket also states it could take longer if there is an unforeseen circumstance.

    My employees have spoken to the customer a few times and delivered 2 pieces of furniture in the last few weeks and have been nothing but professional, helpful and nice.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I will close the complaint when the order is satisfied. Only because of the interdiction of the BBB the sellers agents have been attentive and cooperative. The employees have since acted accordingly - it is management which has consistently shown disdain and an unprofessional demeanor. This I find unacceptable and again request the BBB revisit and adjust negatively the sellers rating.

    On 12/22/21 we purchased a sofa and ottoman from Clure Brothers Furniture in Cheyenne, The ottoman had to be ordered from somewhere and we were told it would be in Cheyenne in June, no problem given all the Covid issues going on. It didn’t arrive in June so then we were told it would be August. Fine, irritated but still alright. Now here it is October and still no ottoman and they won’t refund it because it was an item that was ordered. It’s been almost 10 months and we think that’s plenty of time so we want our money back.
