    I am not getting my refund after I dropped off the bottles and canceled my account back in November

    Customer canceled account, she was made aware that we have to have 30 days of no activity on the account to properly perform a search to ensure that deposits are correctly applied to the account and then the refund will be submitted. They go through the **************** and once approved they issue checks, the process can **** *-8 weeks after submitted. The refund was submitted 30 days from the cancellation as promised. It was approved and the check has been issued. I spoke with my office manager as it seems that the main issue was a miscommunication of the process itself so that we hopefully can avoid this in the future.

    I had talked with **** and informed her that the check had been cut and sent out but have not gotten any response back.
