      Nothing but a clown school here of employees with their heads so far up their what ya ma call its I had to take them to court. They hide their addresses and their business operations on ****** which should be illegal. They are the ambulance chasers of collection agencies pursuing debt for dog murderers know as #ALPINEANIMALHOSPITAL They are involved in numerous allegation and litigation around murdering of animals and then using this facility to collect their blood money after they butcher animals on the operating table.

      I've never been spoken to the way they have talked to me, it's honestly scary. Demanding money and threatening me with the police if I don't pay, but refuse to process our payment on our payday. And call me every week mad because we are overdrawn. I offered to pay myself on our payday and was refused. I've been interrupted, talked down to, threatened and then they denied ever doing it. I've asked to work with someone else was told no multiple times. I'm in a no win situation with this business. Even doing everything they ask, they are still hostile, callous and cruel.

      The account ************ is referencing in her review is not currently a collection agency account, rather, it is a legal judgment, meaning it is a public record. 

      All of **************** statements, inferences, or declarations about **********, and specifically about how she has been dealt with are totally false and do not represent the truth. It is not our practice to engage in any of the behavior ************ has claimed (i.e. threatening the police, refusing a payment). All internal notes in this account have been reviewed. No payment was refused. No threats of any kind were made.

      Extremely rude, unwilling to accept reasonable payment terms. They are probably some of the rudest people I've ever talked to in my life.

      Disrespectful **! Everyone I spoke to was extremely snotty, short, offered no assistance, acted like they needed knocked iff their high horse. Withheld money they were not allowed to and refused to return it.

      I owed a debt, I called to pay debt. Charlie was very friendly and took payment with no problem. I'm sorry to say that it took me a long time to grow up and pay but I do appreciate the friendly professional service.

      Is it possible to give a negative star rating? This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. They are abusive and unprofessional. They make it very difficult to pay as there is no option online or through an automated system and no one returns your calls when you leave a message.

      This review is totally false. It is an ad hominem, it is the consumer who tried to bully our company. Her tactics and the way she acted towards our employees was abusive. We do not offer an online option to pay. While not required, we absolutely return calls when a message is left as often as possible. We are essentially a call center and calling is what we do. This consumer is angry at the outcome and is lashing out at our company in any way she can think of.
