    Unresponsive to complaints and concerns. Ripped up each individual condos flower beds and when I inquired as to why, I was screamed at thats its not my property. Completely unreasonable. Parking lot is thrashed, sidewalks are cracked and unsafe, garbage is overflowing but sure lets focus on the outrageous flowerbeds.

    ******,Sorry you are frustrated with the situation.  The ********************** does not allow plantings in the mulch beds along the buildings.  The landscape company performs a mid-summer clean up, including bed weeding and removal of any growth in the beds.  Unfortunately, you had plantings in these common area spaces and your plants were removed.  We encourage all owners to clearly communicate and provide their tenants with the associations rules so these issues dont arise.  Since you are a tenant in this unit, we would be happy to relay this communication to your landlord, the property owner, and see that she provides you with these important documents.

    Thank you of your feedback regarding the parking lot and sidewalks.  *************** is currently in the planning process to address issues in the parking lot and areas of concern around some of the sidewalks.  We would encourage your landlord to attend board and annual meetings for updates!
