      Business has sold incredibly poor quality shirts. They are taking over a month to process my refund. They have made false claims regarding their products in my email correspondence and have taken steps to obscure the negative review that I left on their site.

      Sorry for the experience you've received so far - I see that ** from our team processed a refund for your order on the same day you wrote this BBB complaint - please see attached screen shot. 

      We're still a small company and we try to keep our responses to customer inquiries down to below 48 hours, but there are times where we get an influx of inquiries, and we follow it behind. Thank you so much for your patience as we get this sorted for you.
