Manager ** physically assaulted me after simply asking for my keys back as I wanted to leave. After getting verbally loud with me, he approached me, Grabbing my jacket with both hands and physically pushing me out of their lobby while saying Get the f*** out of my store. This was all after two days of just simply trying to communicate getting a tire rotation which was part of my tire Purchase from Their company. Between the violence, I personally wear treated with, the terrible treatment of their own employees and their lack of respect for peoples time. I wont be back but people need to understand what type of establishment theyre supporting at big o tires in *******. Racism, violence and zero respect for you and your time. Take your business elsewhere

Absolutely terrible experience. During my wait a guy came in and complained that grease was smeared on the inside of his door, from door handle to the back of door, they offered to give him a free oil change.. I thought ok not a bad attempt to make it right by the manager. Then another guy came back, his tire pressure was way off and he asked them to make it all the same. Then they pulled in my vehicle, I walked out to check on it and noticed that the floor **** handle was resting against my paint with no buffer pad. I walked back in and told the manager the problem and why there are no pads to prevent that. No apology no nothing but he did go correct them. Once my car was done I checked on that spot and it roughed up the clear coat, so it wasnt something that could be wiped off. Brought the manager out and he minimized what I pointed out like it wasnt bad. I said it wasnt there before The manager said to bring it in tomorrow morning and they will buff it while they do my alignment. When I went to leave I hopped In my 2yr old ride thats *************** on the inside and my leather steering wheel had greasy dirt prints on it, as I looked around it was on my shifter and arm rest on the door. I was honestly livid. I went to grab the manager and when he came out of the bathroom he saw me and said now what. Yea not a great start. I showed him the problem and he said to bring it in tomorrow and Ill clean it up. So, Im going to have to drive this a hour home with it like this? Quality control is awful! Made me wonder if they even torqued to correct specs.. Is everything done right? My tire presser is suppose to be 33 in front and 36 in rear (which is also on there paperwork). My pressure is 41LF 40RF 38LR and 39RR. I called the next morning to get my alignment costs reimbursed (hadnt been done yet) and to not worry about the mess and damage. I personally rather fix it all myself and take my ride somewhere else for alignment.
