Hi my name is Cody. I recently took my work truck to covolo Napa in Lyman Wyoming. I had about $3,000 worth of front end work done. They failed to tighten my lug nuts and which caused damage to my new components. I wasn't anywhere around their shop. I was in another state so obviously I went to another shop I brought back the whole broke part to them. They're talking about warranty. There's nothing to warranty. They didn't tighten the lug nuts. Now I don't want the full 3000 back. I want the 600 dollars that I was out replacing the new part that they replaced and then failed the Titan the lug nuts and which caused it to break the new part. I have tried calling lawyers. They have used every lawyer within 2 hours around this town. That right there should tell you something. I think these people need to be shut down as a business they have even went to the extent of trying to get me to go to the parts mechanic place that fixed their mistake and wants me to try to get my money back through them through the NAPA Auto parts system and again there is no warranty. They don't warranty people not tightening lug nuts

Our technicians are well trained, and professional. Every tire that is mounted in our service center is torqued by
hand with a torque wrench to the correct specifications. We know that human error is always possible, but all
evidence shows that the lug nuts were not left loose when the truck left our facility in August of this year.
Damage to the wheel or stud would be an indication of loose lug nuts. Upon inspection of the wheel studs that
Mr. Hale brought into us, we could see that the threads were undamaged the full length of the stud. If the lug
nuts were not properly tightened, the inertia from driving down the road would have thrown all the lug nuts off,
and the inner inch of threads on the studs would have been worn off and the holes on the rim would have been
wallowed out in a matter of 10 miles.
Any lug nuts left loose would have failed within a few miles of our facility. He told us he had been to Texas,
and since he wasn’t “anywhere around” our shop it is evident that the damage wasn’t caused by our failure to
tighten lug nuts. We have his mileage logged at the time of the repair in our service center, but he refused to
    give us the current mileage.
Mr. Hale stated to us that the new repair shop told him the $500 part didn’t need to be replaced, but he chose to
have it replaced anyway. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we offered to refund the cost of the
lug nuts/ bolts even though there is no evidence of neglect on our part. Mr. Hale refused our offer and took all
    the parts with him.
We have been in business for 51 years. We have a large base of long-term and travelling customers. That is a
good indication of our quality of our service.
    Sincerely,
    Covolo Auto-Farm Service

They fed me the same line of c*** So now I'm going to throw this out there. They're technician smoke weed. I know this for a fact they are not professionals. Everyone has complained about them, and they did not tighten my lugnuts the only resolution for this is I'm gonna hire a lawyer next.
Or They can just give me the $600 that I am owed. For the situation that I was in and the parks that were available 600 is what it amounts to for the part that was tore up and the labor that I had to pay. That is all I want. That is what I expect him to pay. And again, there are far from being professionals.
