One of the driver's for Blakeman propane was over filling my propane tank 3 times which in turn blew out seals and valves 2 of those times. And I had a 2000 dollar credit on my account and it cost me 600 gallons of propane then when I called and started complaining about it to Blakeman propane they sent me a letter telling me that they would not be continuing as my propane provider. There was about 1800 dollars of propane wasted and in the air. Oh and the first time it was filled the bleeder valve was left open. I have been a customer with them since 2017 to be treated this way with no restitution made to my account. Now they are dragging their feet on transferring what is left over on my account to my propane provider now. I have video of the driver playing on their phone while pumping propane into my tank and receipts of 231 gallons of propane put into my tank and it's only a 250 gallon tank. I want restitution for wasted propane back to my account.

Mr. ********, I tried to navigate your system without any luck so I decided to email you with our response to Mr. ******** complaint (Case#********. After doing an investigation with my people we have concluded that this complaint is frivolous and unfounded. Customer did get a refund on his acct in the amount of $1572.45. Our Plant Manager has had several conversations with the customer about his antiquated gas system. Customer owns his own tank and has an outdated gas line that appears to need replaced. Customer has refused to have a leak test performed and he told my employee that there was a leak a the tank that he fixed himself. As for overfilling the tank, the relief valve on the tank shows no signs of venting propane to the atmosphere. Customer's gas usage is extremely high but everything points to an old, inefficient system. My plant manager requested a copy of the video that Mr. ****** says shows our driver on her cell phone while filling the tank. Our driver denies this and Mr. ****** refuses to show us the video. He never mentioned to any of our people that the spitter (liquid outage gauge) was left open. This appears to be another excuse for his high gas usage. In our opinion, this is a case where an individual has extremely high gas usage and is attempting to avoid paying his bill by finding fault with our employees. There have been other, ongoing issues with this customer to the point that the decision was made to end our business relationship with him.
