  I had a clogged drain and saw good reviews initially online. The service representative for Aspen Mountain arrived while I was at work and charged my wife $840 to do a simple snake cleaning of our drain (not emergency service). That is 4x more than the national average cost of that service. The whole job of finding the issue and fixing it took about 30 minutes. While the service representative was nice, it seems that their practice relies on taking advantage of people who do not know better.I have called multiple times to talk to someone about the charge and all they will do is "take my information and have someone give me a call back" without anyone actually calling.If you or someone you know is thinking about using them then please learn from my mistake and look elsewhere, or look up prices for what the services should cost to make sure you do not get overcharged as I did.

We are disappointed that we didn't get the chance to earn a 5 star review from you, as we have with the majority of our clients who have left ** reviews. Our company does not bid on anything to be the winner of the lowest bid to gain a job. Thats why we charge by the task not by the hour. We ALWAYS give our price up front and obtain signed approval from the client prior to performing any work, as we did in your case. Which if you were present you personally would have seen. However your wife did sign that approval. We conduct our business with the highest form of integrity and honesty, regardless of how much you spend with our company. Our level of service is the same with each of our clients and we strive to always exceed our client's expectations. We also want to achieve excellent client retention. We earn all our clients by performing all repairs with truth and honesty. With that said, our prices are set to be competitive with other plumbing businesses in our the region. We have answered the phone every time you have called and have talked to you about the charge that it is task based and includes our complete service cost from the initial call to the finished product. We hold ourselves to a professional standard, never allowing for substandard installations or repairs. As you experienced, we provide a clean, efficient same day service. In order to provide this level of service with background checked, certified and licensed professional technicians, and to protect not only you but your home we must charge what we do in order to continue to stay in business and provide the level of service we expect.We hope that this will enlighten you on how we conduct our business and look forward to serving our community in the future.
