    I have has Pet Sitters Associate Insurance for aproximately 10 years and love it. I have only had to file a claim once and they were professional and quick to pay the claim and offered to pay for a later checkup for the pup. I will always use Pet Sitters Associates

    They gave out private information and some other details to a client that called them and asked questions involving our insurance. It made my husband and I and our business look bad. Never again and cancelling.

    After being in the dog-walking business for 3 months I unfortunately had to return to full-time employment due to rising inflation costs. Dog walking was not proving to be a steady enough income for me. I attemped to cancel my pre-paid annual dog walking insurance and hoped to receive the remaining 9months of payments back into my account, but was told that the fine print in the contract states there is no option to receive a refund. Cancel without refund or let it expire was my two options. So, for anyone considering this insurance company, just be aware that if dog walking doesnt work out for you then you will not receive any refunds.
