    I called Service Champions for a routine $57.00 drain clean out as preventive maintenance and that is when my nightmare began.While the tech was retrieving the snake from the drain it appeared to be hung up on something and once free, I was asked if I wanted a camera inspection for an additional $200.00 which I declined. As he was putting away his equipment, I ran water down the drain and could hear water hitting the ground under my house. I asked the tech if something could have been broken in the process. He crawled under the house to find a section of pipe that had given way due to age and took photos to show me. He collected the $57.00 and said his supervisor would be by to provide me with an estimate on repairs.When the supervisor arrived, I immediately knew that I was in trouble as I recognized him from a previous sluggish drain call years prior, when he recommended a $7,000.00 drain clean-out be installed. This time I was given a $6000.00 and a $15,000.00 option involving lead and asbestos testing and requiring tearing open my interior and exterior walls to replace a section of cast iron pipe under my house. Now I am left unable to use my kitchen sink or do laundry until I can find a more practical, reasonable solution from a more trustworthy and reputable company.

    Our Director of Client resolutions reached out and spoke with Mr. ****** and offered resolutions which customer declined. We are waiting to hear back from client on whether or not he would like to have his complimentary membership cancelled.

    They prey on the elderly. My 92 year Mother saying she needed a ***** plumbing work,,, thank goodness called a 2nd plumber the pipe in the small bathroom just need to replace pipe. DONT Let their friendly personality trick you. Do not trust what a say

    I no longer trust Service Champions, they have over charged me more than once, and I feel that they have taken advantage of my being a senior and on a fixed income. I'm a realtor, and as everyone know, the market is extremely bad, therefore I am unable to purchase any high price item. I advised the sales person for Service Champions of my situation, but was led to believe that he and his wife were looking to sell their home and purchase another, which they conveniently changed their mind after the purchase of new ducting.The sales person implied that he was in the market to sell and buy a new home, leading me to believe I would have the means to pay for the new installed ducting of over $14,000, which was way over price. I will never-ever recommend Service Champions to anyone, including family, friends, neighbors, and clients. I don't trust them, nor believe them. I tried to speak to the owner, but was told that he doesn't speak to the clients, that's great!****************

    SCAM ALERT! Be aware of this company! They scam the elderly and ignorant...I just learned that my parents about a year and half ago paid 26 thousand dollars to replace their 4 ton AC unit to their **** square foot home. Yeah, 26 grand! They didn't even replace the ducting! They told me that my parents got the gold level package which included everything you see in the pictures, plus a new furnace. And that's not even their top package! Who knows how much it would have cost for their "presidential package"... $30k??? I know several friends and family that do hvac on the side, and professionally, and this cost almost two years ago (and even today) is absurd! Not to mention, that they were gouging my parents on their "monthly" service as well! My parents live in **********. Not the desert. Not the mountains. **********. I could understand a quarterly service, but let's be real. For a residential customer, twice a year is the most anyone should ever need! IF YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE MONTHLY SERVICE. STOP! YOU'RE GETTING RIPPED OFF! They also ruined my parents attic space by blowing in insulation all over the place. Again. We're talking about **********. 25 blocks from the beach...Well, my dad is now 87 and one of us kids will be getting power of attorney soon. I still can't believe that there are despicable people/companies like service champions out there that are just looking to take advantage of older people. Very sad

    My senior-citizen parents were faithful customers for many years until a tech and sales rep used SCARE TACTICS on them. AC stopped working and after an inspection, sales rep literally said, "Your house can burn down." (Yes, there is also a fire risk using the stove, microwave, ************!)They quoted $15K for a new system and when we delayed the install 2 days later, they IMMEDIATELY lowered the price to $10K over the phone.Called an HVAC friend and it was a LEGITMATE $300 FIX! AC has worked flawless.BEWARE: DO NOT TRUST THEIR "good deeds are free" FLUFF and get another opinion.

    Very bad service installation , ghost you after they s**** up the installation i left several messages . It took 3 days and 6 plumbers to correct lousy installation ans now the financing Rep keeps calling every day for payment. It is disgusting and elderly abuse they took advantage of ************ and now will not return my calls. I can be reached **** they have the number . I want to speK to them asap . *****

    BEWARE this private-equity plumbing profiteer Contact them after reading this, and you have no one to blame but yourself. Today for the first time I called Service Champions, owners of Adeedo Plumbing. Bad call on my part. Three strikes and Im out:8:30 a.m.: They said that btw/ 12 and 2pm theyd have a plumber here. 1:45 pm: I call to check in and ** told dispatch will get back to me.3 pm: I call again and this time Im told they have to handle prior customers first and cant get anyone out *today at all*.Lets review these hall-of-famers: Not only dont they make their window, they dont even make the *day*. And I discover that fact only b/c *I call them*. Bonus points: My window wasnt 5-8pm, it was *midday* ie, their morning calls took up their entire day (?). As their tip o the hat, there was no offer to come tomorrow, no discount for future service.My best guess: As theyre owned by a private-equity company (press release on their own website), they maximize profits by using the airlines trick of intentionally and grossly overbooking customers. Today, I was one of their Whoops, Were So Sorry.

    The technician came out at 12:05 and left at 1:32 on Saturday, Sep 3, one- and one-half hour fixing the A/C cooling unit including activities diagnostic, talking to me, talking to his supervisor, looking into his tablet, standing less than ************************************************************************** the attic, and checking air flow. I ended up paying $1,483 for the 90 minutes visit. He told me he would email me the detailed invoice along with pictures of all parts he replaced. NEVER HAPPENED. I ended up calling the company on Tuesday morning after Labor Day to get the invoice. The invoice listed Compressor Saver Kit for $895, *************** Control for $588, HVAC Diagnostic charge for $99 but was credited as Complimentary HVAC Diagnostic, a net of $1,483. I looked online for the price of the Compressor Saver Kit, nothing over $75, and the *************** Control was under $100, most were less than $50. OUTRAGEOUS MARKUP. From the beginning he was trying to sell me a new central A/C unit for over $20,000. Once he realized I wasnt buying a system, he lowered to half just replacing the A/C unit without the heater. Then he quoted me for $2,500 to fix my A/C, after showing me that the low refrigerant was causing overheating of the compressor, which overheated the outdoor fan motor. When I informed him I cant afford the $2,500, he said $1,483 was the lowest he is authorized. I agreed to the price since it was one of the hottest day in the summer, and I didnt have much of a choice given it was the Saturday afternoon before Labor Day. There is no way he could have inspected the indoor unit (heater) and the duct work as stated on the invoice by just standing on top of the ladder without physically inspecting, the heater is about 10 to 12 feet from the attic entrance, and the duct work are all over the house.I am not against business making reasonable profit, but not outrageous profit. Business ethics count.

    Excellent service and ***************** *************************** was very professional.He was very thorough and meticulous.He explained service visit and what was needed very well and answered all of my questions and concerns. In fact he has to have been the best service person to ever have visited my home. Because of this, I had no hesitation in wanting to sign up for your service plan. Hopefully, he will be available for any future air conditioning and heating service needs I may have. This was truly service with excellence!Thank you!****************
