This is a very professional company The technician was a pathological lair 1. He was here for $88.00 A/C tune-up , but then he found a problem told us either pay me $99 for finding a problem with Capacitor( diagnostic charge) or pay me $588 to fix it.2. We asked the company if he does not do the Tune up, do we owe him any money, they said NO 3. The Tech seems on a 50% commission, told us the part is ONLY $355 ( part was $23)4. We asked him if we pay$588 would you include the $99 part of it. HE DISAGREED 5. He said become a member, will take off 20% and you can cancel it at any time 6. We paid $20 for membership, then he said you have to pay that for the next 12 month....!!8. He verified our A/C is not under warranty and we cannot get that Capacitor part anywhere 9. We called the manufacture , the part was FREE and the A/C was under warranty 10. He lied about EVERYTHING, just to get that $588 minus discount. WHAT A LIFE
