We called the guy in and a worker gave us a quote. To keep the cost down, we removed the floor and cut around the stairs. Then another worker came (the owner) to the site and gave us a new quote. They asked us to provide the plastic and the tape. They said they could get at it within 7-10 days. We gave them $250 down. 7-10 days came and went. No word. When we got in touch with him, he said the dollar amount quoted did not include the cost of concrete. We had a signed contract already in place and they didn't include the cost of concrete... We wanted to cancel the contract and asked for the $250 back. He said that "we changed the contract". We have not heard from him since. He took our money and will not return our calls. Do not use him. We got his name from a family member too. What a shame.

The customer verbal told that the deposit was NOT refundable. The customer was informed the price of concrete was fluctuating; there for the price of concrete was not add to the Estimate. We respond to all phone calls during our office hours. M-F 7am-8pmReview fromBrian S

Their estimator is not punctual or professional. I messaged him about our needs and set up an appointment. He didn't contact me he wouldn't be able to make the appointment. I ended up contacting him.Then proceeded to reschedule a second appointment and again he didn't contact me about running late I had to contact him. Gave me some BS excuse about having his vehicle repaired.I do hope the owner sees this and addresses it.Aztec Masonry

We are sorry for all miss communication and the inconveniences this put on your personal schedule. Here Aztec Masonry we have made improvement to better our relationship and punctuality. Once again sorry for all the troubles.
