- Refund and Exchange Policy
New hardware sold to the Customer comes with a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise specified. Used or refurbished hardware comes with a 30day warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise specified. Software issues and/or conflicts are not covered by the manufacturer or by Tech To U. Hardwarewarranty for rented BDR Appliances and BDRX Appliances is 3 years. Warranty on hardware will be void if the hardware is found to be damaged by accident, misuse,misapplication, or if the hardware has been serviced by anyone other than personnel authorized by Tech To U.
Refund and warranty is provided by the manufacturer. If the client wishes to cancel orders or work all cancellations must be submitted by email and Tech To U will do their best to work with the client about cancellations and any fees provided by the manufacturer. For any service that has a one year contract the service will be cancelled at the annual renewal period.
All contracts can be modified with 30 day written notice and cancelled with 60 day written notice.
