Problem with Plastk credit card. Company cancelled cards due to them severing ties with their provider, DC Bank. This they have deposits which were made to secure the card and are not returning same. Attempts to contact are finding phone lines closed, emails bounced back and no way to log in to online account. Approx $1000 owed from this company in secured deposits.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to get my money back from Plastk since they had a bad business deal with ******* its obviously clear the the owner scammed everyone.I want my money back. And I want the company to correct the reporting to the bureau showing a high balance when it is in fact not. And is a zero balance. I have called and emailed but no reply! Or if they do reply its always the same answer they are working on something soonThey also were charging random fees every month that werent disclosed they even charged a fee on declined transactions. Plastik credit card is not operational for almost 6 months- never received any communication about it and found it by accident. The phone number available never answers so I sent an email to close my account and get my deposit back. Have not received a follow up. My account is in perfect standing . In late November 2022, I gave a security deposit of $500 to plastk credit card company for a credit card. In April of 2023, I had still not received the credit card with $500 balance on it. I contacted the customer service department and demanded my money back, they agreed to send my money back to me, said after 60days from time or cancellation they would return the funds, it has now been 6 months and still no money returned.
