I had traded my ring yesterday and immediately changed my mind. 40 minutes after I left the store I called back and spoke to ******. He told me that I could come back the next day and he would give me my ring back. When I came in the next day he lied and said he never spoke to me and that he didn't have it anymore.

The Customer's ring was out for repair with our ********* and once the customer talks to us by phone , we contacted him immediately to return it and on top of that we delivered the ring to her door step. and she was so thankful and happy. we appreciate and respect our customers a lot.
