  ***** came in to do our annual furnace checkup. He was very through and let my husband know when he was doing and explained everything when he was done. I would highly recommend ***** and Clearview Plumbing.

  Recently had Clearview tech Yamil arrive at my door for a minor bathroom sink that was draining slow! Quote $1800 for pressure water fix then $800 for power snake! He left with my $93 service fee and F-all was done ask prices were outrageous! Very unscrupulous company!! I will make sure everyone knows to never call them! I had a plumber from a Community News Magazine come and job completed for $250!!!! Shame on Melanie and Kyle who are constantly on ******* *** advertising their ****** company

  We would not recommend or use clearview services again. They are over priced and when they find out seniors lived in the house over 55 years they take advantage of them. MAKE SURE YOU GET ANOTHER ESTIMATE FROM ANOTHER PLUMBER. They use an email/invoice ***** portal company in USA so our undelivered wrong address invoice was inconvenience when we wanted to compare the invoice pricing to other companies. The initial Clearview call was my husband phoned for help with the faucet in our basement bathroom. When the technician came he was only interested in his smooth talking pressure sales and talking points for his EVALUATION sheet. He found out we lived in the house over 55 years and tried very hard to convince us we needed $7327.03 upgrades. The new faucet we needed was not on the invoice estimate, After all the upgrades work was done we were told to install a new faucet with labor was $800 which included $500 labor. My 80 year old husband installed it ourselves. A week after estimate the tech broke the main valve shut off tap so had to come back a week later. The City of Calgary came to turn off the water in the back alley water. We had to pay an extra $543.70 for the 1 inch main water shut off. The upgrades we were pressured into getting were: 1. Water Boss950 water softener $3718.68 We disliked the taste of the water so had the tech come to the house a couple days later to check it. He made adjustments with the water softener and then WHITE FOAM came out of the kitchen tap for drinking. He phoned his Clear View boss and fixed the issue with the water softener downstairs. 2. Install 3/4 inch PRV $887.78... pressure of water coming into the house was 90 for all these years instead of 70. The day the PRV was installed it had a leak down the wall. The service lady on the phone told us they would come out but we would have to pay $300.. We never paid it! Another technician fixed the PRV at 10:30 pm the same day the tech installed it. EDITED more over priced upgrades.

  I have tried since 2016 to get a liner in the sewer line and no one would tell me why I couldn’t and said the yard had to be dug up. John ******* showed & explained there were too many bends in the house sewer line but took the trouble to trace the sewer location and plan a work around and give an estimate. It took Clearview’s talented crew 2 days to complete the job, no excavation. Total professional company with good workers.

  I called ClearView Services to help when my hot water tank started to leak.They came within 24 hours to identify the problem, gave me a quote which I thought was very high & asked for a 50% deposit before work would be done. Nothing was done to help with the leak I was dealing with.They said they'd be there the following day at 9am, but when they hadn't contacted me by then I called to see what the problem was. The technician was running late but hadn't bothered to call.I told the receptionist to cancel the ************ my deposit, which was done the following week after a call to remind them.The plumber who then came to fix the hot water tank did so on the agreed ********** & charged less than half of what ClearView were asking.I felt taken advantage of & will never use ClearView again - warning! - get a couple of quotes even in an emergency.

  **************** was excellent. Arrived on time and updated along the way. Great service from the introduction to completion of work on the serving of tankless water heater. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered questions in clear language. I would highly recommend ***** service!

  Had a very complicated issue to deal with. **** and ***** were fantastic! They came quickly and replaced my hot water system. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
