      Horrendous experience in store they ****** customers belittled me tried to say I was a thief so I walked out Ill never shop in your stores anywhere ever again. Oh and dont bother replying because when I complained they had no record of my visit because they deleted the video. Ill gladly shop at other stores for stuff like soft moc for shoes, sunglasses hut for my sunglasses and apple for AirPods! You deserve 0 stars even one star is not earned. Rude unprofessional arrogant attitude, and abhorrent people. I could get better service from a monkey.

      I made a purchase from the Penticton store 23/11/09, my receipt was different than what was posted on my Credit Card. I went back to the store for an explanation, received none, they couldn’t give me a refund for the difference. Told to call Customer Service, which i did. Was told they would look into it. Called again to see if my receipt and bank statement were received in an email, it had! Was told the Customer Service agent would call me back the next day……nothing. Called again today 23/11/20. November 16th there was an article in *** ***** *** **** explaining the rise in discrepancies, that people should watch their statements as this was a growing concern. How many other customers were affected? I have proof, why am i not being credited with the difference? The person i spoke with today was not concerned with my problem. Last week when i spoke to them they knew the person i was referring to and they were gracious, today not so much. Seemed as if she did not give a R A!

      Ordered a Fitbit Versa 3 December 2021 and the device failed within a year(Oct 2022). Called the store I purchased from and was told to pursue with Fitbit support. Fitbit replaced the Versa 3 with the same model only to fail again in less than a year. Fitbit will not refund. Sent an email to ********** with no reply. In good faith I paid for what was advertised as a great product, however you did not honor this and provided a substandard product. Deeply disappointed with the Fitbit product, ********** and service. Requesting a full refund of purchase price.

      I ordered runners and winter boots for my child online. I notice I was charged ***. I took it to the store to get it fixed. They did a return by scanning the barcode but the refund amount was not correct. For some reason in their system the *** was not showing up. I showed the charge on my electronic receipt and compared it to the refund receipt. The cashier was very apologetic but didn't know how to fix the problem.
