QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAMS AND INSPECTIONS
LJDM’s Quality Assurance Program and including sample cleaning inspection
forms
It is a LJDM policy to measure the effectiveness of cleaning activities while providing a healthy
work environment. The information and results gained from the process is regularly reviewed in
order to provide continuous improvement and best practice solutions.
LJDM’s trained staff of supervisor and managers will carry out quality inspections. Facility cleaning inspections are used to effectively transition and maintain our clients facilities by conducting extensive due diligence through the documented assessment of the facilities state of cleanliness prior to initiating and carrying on with LJDM.
During the life of the contract facility cleaning inspections are conducted at a rate of a minimum
of once per month to ensure standards are being maintained and to provide data for Key
Performance Indicator (KPI) scoring.

Windows Mobile phone or Web capable PDA will be used to capture data.
