    My nightmare started seven months ago when I had an accident and was told by **** to take my car to this shop. Ive since spoken to others who had similar experiences, and their stories, like mine, come with proof of this shops extreme negligence at first everything seemed fine. They were polite and I thought I was in good hands. Then they told me my car was ready It was NOT Parts werent clipped in Major paint damage dents, cracks Whole panels not installed properly refused to take the car. This didnt happen just onceit happened FOUR or FIVE times. Every single time, major, obvious issues Finally, I had **** inspect the car themselves. Their reaction? Shock. They told me the car was misaligned, unsafe, and that the work was even worse than I had described. NOT A SINGLE PANEL WAS INSTALLED ************** told the shop to redo the repairsI was once again told the car was ready but as soon as I pulled into their parking lot I could see the bumper was still not clipped in or aligned . the shop claimed my car was missing a part from before the accident which, by the way, is a common excuse they use against customers once again, I missed work, to go to pick up my car, THE BUMPER WASNT INSTALLED PROPERLY. THE WHEEL WELL CLIPS WERENT EVEN CLIPPED IN.When I pointed it out, I asked to speak to ***. His response? Theyre just clips.Then he dropped the real bombshell: they couldnt put my car back together properly because it was missing a structural parta bracket that, according to them, holds my airbag sensor.Let me say this louder for the people in the back:THIS SHOP SENT ME HOMETWICEIN A CAR WITH FAULTY AIRBAGS. ONCE Knowingly Suddenly, the shop claimed my car was missing a part from before the accidentwhich, by the way, is a common excuse they use against customers (just check other complaints). The second time? They KNEW the airbags wouldnt deploy and STILL told me to take the car. They were perfectly fine sending a mother of six home in a death trap.

    we appreciate review with the BBB. We feel we have rectified the issue that the customer had with our company. we are sorry the customer did not have a positive experience, and we as a company have taken steps to hopefully aviod this type of issue happening in the future.

    Unfortunately, after further inspection by both myself and ICBC, it has been confirmed that there are still multiple issues with the repairs that were made. The shop has given **** complete radio silence and has not explained how this happenedespecially concerning, given that there are protocols in place to prevent these kinds of errors.
     
    I am still left with a vehicle that has very questionable repairs, as shown in the photos. The front fender is already extremely loose, and there are other visible flaws. It doesnt appear that the shop has taken any accountability or offered a solution to correct the issues, as they continue to go silent when asked for answers.
