5 starsWe discovered a leak in the pipe leading to our hot water tank. After we sent pictures of the leak and the hot water heater, Gandy advised us that we would need a new hot water heater. The Gandy heating and cooling system team arrived at my house at about 8:30 am on the day of my installation they started right away removing my old heater and then they asked me a few questions and then started your team was also very polite and explained a few things during the installation and completed the work in a very timely manner they also remarked that the area that they worked in was such a n extremely great area to install the system in our home by your great experienced team at Gandy and they worked hard all day to completed the project in such a great and professional way and before they left they showed my myself and my mom what they did inside and on the outside and let us know what we needed to know about maintaining the new duel fuel system and also one your Gandy team member showed us our new thermostat step by step on how to use it it was a wonderful and a great experience from everyone on that day Gandy is number 1 in myself and my mom's books and another great perk is your comfort club great team great company and great overall experience.

I am a senior, and hearing that our old furnace needed replacing was upsetting, and the process involved was confusing and stressful. However, a few of our friends highly recommended Gandy Installations Ltd. And my husband had been to one of their seminars so we asked them for an estimate. To date they have walked us every step of the way and we are very happy with the service. We still have more paperwork to complete and are waiting for the installation.Gandy Installations Ltd.

Great service as always! **** found a minor manufacturer's error and fixed it. Told me exactly what it was and told me that if it hadn't been repaired, it could have damaged the furnace to the point of needing to be replaced.Comfort club rules!Gandy Installations Ltd.

The Gandy *** fixed an omission from the original installation quickly snd thoroughly. He arrived within hours of my phone call and exceeded my expectations. And the charge for the service- zero ! We are very pleased with the services provided by Gandy for installing the heat pump in our home!
