    I called today to confirm my service appointment and to see if I could get a loaner car for the duration of the service. I was told by the call centre that it is a 3 hour appointment for tire rotation, **** flush, oil change, top up on fluids, inspection etc. *********** receptionist checked with the service manager and was told it would only take an hour and half so they will not be providing a loaner vehicle. I would like to suggest you reach out to your call centre folks and advise them that they should provide accurate times for appointments so your customers can schedule their day accordingly. Upon advising the service receptionist of this, I was told that ***** Nissan has nothing to do with the call centre or what they tell people. I also mentioned I may have my dog with me. *********** receptionist stated with that if I had my dog with me they would not be able to give me a loaner vehicle since you don't allow dogs in your loaners; which is a moot point to say the least because she already stated they were not going to give a loaner vehicle anyway. The receptionist hung up on me when I stated this very fact.

    The call centre is instructed to let the client know the maximum time the service appointment might take. At the dealership we do our best to have the client on their way asap. At times perhaps due to cancelled appointments or other reasons we are able to assist the clients and save them time by finishing sooner than expected. We do not provide service loaner vehicles to clients with pets with for many reasons. The client was yelling and swearing at our service receptionist who hung up on the client as she was not willing to be verbally abused by him.
