            As of April 26, 2024 BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning the following issues:
            Advertising Issues
            - Consumer(s) complained that products purchased were not as advertised
            Refund/Exchange Issues
            - Consumers complained that the business did not respond to their refund requests - Consumers complained that they were not refunded in a timely manner
            Delivery Issues

            - Consumers complained that they were not provided with tracking information - Consumers complained that products were not delivered on the dates stated or not delivered at all - Consumers complained the business did not respond to their requests for delivery information - Consumers complained orders were only partially delivered

            We offered Hazel & Bo the opportunity to address the above identified patterns. We did not receive their response.

            Alert:
            On November 4 and December 10, 2020, BBB contacted the company to obtain updated information including a contact person, their start date, a brief description of products or services they offer, and any current licensing they have in place.  In addition, BBB asked if the company had any affiliations with Ten Bazaars. Finally, BBB requested clarification on their refund policy. If a customer purchases a product but did not get a tracking number, what is their refund process? To date, BBB has not received a response to our request for information.

            I ordered the lavender baby romper thinking it was something my baby could wear this summer by itself. The package arrived and the tip of the romper was just a tiny square of fabric to (barely) cover the front torso and some straps- didn't even wrap around her sides. Not as pictured at all. Expensive price for a cheap cheap product.
