              I have been waiting for a parcel from DHL, they handed it to UNIUNI and was scheduled to be delivered today . I received a false attempted delivery notice. No one showed up. It's the second time I have to deal with them and it was the same thing the first time.Worst delivery company ever

              Terrible all around. They do not answer phone calls, have fake delivery attempts listed in their website that don't show up under the **** website or original shipping company, and lie over the phone pretending to care about the package. In my case, I ordered from ****, and the package got handed from Ascendia to UniUni. The fake delivery attempts they show on their own tracking page do not show up on either ****'s or Ascendia's tracking pages. I tried to call them multiple times, and waited on the phone for an hour each time. When an employee picked up, they were unhelpful and disregarded my complaints. I explained that because I am in an apartment building, they have to call me to come down and get the package or give it to the front desk. They said they'd call me, and never did. I still saw supposed attempted deliveries on their tracking page though. This BBB ranking could not be lower.
