      On 12-7 there website said that it was out for deliverly and they never came. I called the next day which was Monday and they told me i had the wrong address. I think that i know my own address. They said that they have to put in a ticket that it would take up to 48 hours. I have called every day and i still have not received my packages.They are the worst of the worst.

      A company that should not be in business. They do not care about complaints or hold their employees accountable. I have had nothing but issues with their delivery drivers being disrespectful, damaging my packages, and leaving packages outside of a business while they were closed. I pray karma hits this company and it gets shut down. ALL carriers need to have better employees and customer service.

      UniUni is THE worst delivery company I have ever experienced. Non-existent phone support, completely unhelpful email support, unreliable at best with target delivery dates. With 500+ complaints on file, I don't understand how BBB has given them an A+ rating; it really calls into question the usefulness and effectiveness of the BBB themselves. So don't let the A+ rating fool you, UniUni is TERRIBLE. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from any company that uses them as a last-mile carrier (in my case, Creality), as it is unlikely that you'll ever get your package. If you're a business, certainly avoid them as a last-mile shipper as you'll have some very angry customers.

      Horrible service. Wish I could give zero stars. Delivery driver threw a fragile package across a two car driveway. It Hit off The porch and fell 4 1/2 feet to the ground. He simply drove away. I have it on video.

      Absolutely brutal experience with these clowns. Our business is in the same location for over 80 years and they can't find it? Just ****** Map the address you idiots! When I try and submit a ticket on their website to try and find out what is going on, they simply close the ticket without any explanation (did this twice). Don't use these morons if you have a choice.

      Worst shipping company ever, took 3 attempts to get one out of 5 packages. Apparently reading the reviews, I'm extremely lucky. First complaint i had them not even try to deliver. Contacted customer support, second time when I left delivery time hours and front office code nothing. Such a bad company. One star doesn't even show how bad they really are. What trips me is the fake care, like if you really cared you'd hire competent drivers or hold them accountable.

      How on earth does this company have an A+ rating? This here proves that the BBB is useless and does not serve or protect the public. They don't even make a half hearted attempt to fulfill their "promise". Their website tracking seems to be AI generated to sound legit. Then you get a "failed attempt" and if you try to look into the failed attempt further, you get vague messages and the run around. Website says to call. You call and it says to visit their website. On the phone, you answer questions and are placed on hold and then after 30 seconds, they say there is no one available to help and to call back. What a sham of a company. I don't think they exist except for a shell with maybe one person running it to look like there is something there.

      Hard to believe this outfit is still A+ rated given all the quite recent poor reviews and complaints. In my case a delivery was terribly botched (and only saved by the good graces of a kind neighbor), so I tried (at least 5 times) to submit a complaint via their online "Customer Support Form" only to have it repeatedly say it had failed to create a "ticket". I finally had to resort to searching online to try to find email addresses to which I could try sending my feedback (since they don't bother including those on their website). The feedback I sent is included here (very terse due to space limitations on their web form where I originally composed it):"Delivery TOTALLY botched: Left @ WRONG house & WRONG STREET (yet clearly wrong addr# OBVIOUS on garage <20ft away), left in open just FEET fr/well lit street AFTER 11:30pm (WAY easy target for late prowlers), & delivery info ('Recipient's front door') is blatant lie since left >60ft fr/ACTUAL door (obvious in delivery photos). Last issue alone warrants firing... driver lied to me AND sender AND UniUni... who knows what else they're lying to you about?"My recommendation is, if you have any choice at all, use a different shipper!

      ******** delivery company. Their drivers are either lazy or stupid. Ordered several items from a company. Shipped in 2 different deliveries. 1 made it just fine (I have a ring camera btw so i can see anyone who comes to my house) and the other said it was out for delivery for 4 days and then finally got an email saying it was unable to deliver and would try to deliver again. I live in a city. No back roads no hard to reach places. Obviously not too hard for the first ****** to leave my package on my porch. Honestly not sure how this company is still in business with all the Horrible reviews I've read. If I don't receive my package today I'm filing a theft report. The company I ordered from really needs to choose a different shipping partner.

      ******* gets ZERO STARS, THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I ordered a package from *****, paid Tariffs and NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE! The package had my correct name and address on it and they still delivered it 5 towns away from where I live at a completely different address! They sent me a picture of the package also and as I mentioned previously everything on it was EXACTLY CORRECT! I reached out to them a dozen times and they closed my complaint ticket number and stopped responding! I also know that this isn't the first or the 100 & first bad review they have received so something needs to be done about this horrendous company and the way they treat their customers! I've since forwarded this message to over ***** people and hope they respond in kind because these people don't give a f*** about their customers and don't deserve to have jobs!
