      I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is clearly shady and the people working for them. They are clearly stealing people packages. They send a picture of a house with a completely different address and the driver takes a picture of the package in they car not on no porch. The drivers and company are stealing our stuff. I had been waiting for about a week to get my stuff or refund. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down. Immediately. I'm so mad.

      Would leave zero stars if I could. I had 2 packages dumped on the side of the road, miles away from my house. UniUni did not refund for a missing package, and the vendor rejected my request even with email evidence. I have 2 more packaged with them and the company lied and said they were undeliverable that I wasnt home. They never even drove to my home, they just dont pay their drivers enough to get them to deliver to my rural location. So, I called the company and arranged a delivery. Got email confirmation that they would be delivered in 10 days. 12 days later, NOTHING. How is this not theft?

      They delivered my package to the wrong house. Their confirmation came with picture of the wrong house and address. I contacted them and was told Id hear back in 24hours with a resolution. It has been over a week and they have not return any emails or phone calls. The company does not seem to know how to deliver packages. Had to contact the seller who offer to ship through a different carrier and has also mention theyve received several complaint about UniUni mid delivering their packages. If its something you need do not use them as a service.

      They delivered my package to a gas station 10 miles from my house in different town. They said the drive took package with him. I opened a case then they closed case and never delivered to correct address. **** shows they delivered it so they wont refund my money. Want a joke

      Absolutely TERRIBLE company. I have tried to reach them for the past week about a failed delivery attempt and I think they mightve stolen my package. ****************

      Delivered my package to the wrong address several miles from my house, the house numbers weren't even close to mine. Now the replacement package has been out for delivery since early this morning, having my doubts I will ever get it.

      When trying to track down my miss9ng package. They went me a picture of the package being delivered. But it wasn't in my mail box like they said or even on my door step. Its on the grass across the walkway from my house.

      After sending many emails and two phone calls to customer support to tell them my address and building number they said the delivery driver still cant find the address... no other delivery company has this issue. when I see ******* is assigned to deliver my package I know there will be an issue and i probably wont get my package.

      My experience with UniUni was extremely disappointing and dishonest. A driver came to my home with a package that I refused at the door. The driver knew I was refusing it and even marked the box, but later reported it as delivered. To make matters worse, the delivery photo posted wasnt even at my addressit was at someone elses home, pretending the package had been delivered to **** tried calling UniUni multiple timesno answer. I submitted a ticketno response. I have security cameras all around my property that clearly show I never accepted the package. The driver never returned it to the sender, which makes it clear to me that the package was stolen.This company not only ignores customers, but also engages in shady and untrustworthy practices. Beware: do not rely on UniUni for your deliveries.

      Mind you my address is correct in the system, their driver was to lazy to get out the car to look for the front door which some townhomes doors faced inside and some the road. Uniuni doesnt care about making things right with their customers, I didnt choose to ********************** unfortunately ******** used them, they returned my packages to ***** in a day, I live in ************* and 1. You have to request a redelivery, 2. Its going to take 10 days to get my packages that took them 1 day to return. They ****, they dont return calls, they lie and most awful thing they STEAL packages. DO NOT USE!!!!! I had to give 1 star to leave a review, they delivered once before to the wrong address, had to walk passed my door to deliver to wrong address.
