Bought two *******. The salesperson offered them as "lightly used". When setting up one of those phones, I found its battery recharged 16 times. This is not light use.Also, was informed that there is 15% deduction in case of return only after payment.Went the second day to return them and they insisted on deducting the 15% in case of return. Also, was informed then that the openbox devices could already be used up to three months. This is not at all the information or the impression given at the time of selling.This is unfair for two reasons:- Inaccurate and misleading information about the devices.- No prior information on the penalty when returning until payment was processed.Initial Complaint

I recently purchased a laptop from Open Box at **** ************ ********* ** on September 4th, 2022, for a price of $1567.99 after tax. The laptop came with a valid warranty, promising coverage for necessary repairs within the specified period. However, since the time of purchase, the laptop has been plagued with recurring problems. Open Box's service center in ****** has required multiple visits, causing inconvenience and additional expenses. The repairs have been consistently slow, leaving me without a functioning laptop for extended periods. During my recent visit, a representative named ***** informed me that Open Box could no longer fix the laptop, disregarding their warranty obligations. Open Box suggested that I find another service provider, specifically ***** shifting the responsibility onto me as a consumer. I am requesting a full refund for the laptop purchase and an official apology from Open Box, particularly from *****. I seek your intervention and support in resolving this matter, as Open Box has failed to fulfill their responsibilities. I have retained all relevant documents as evidence and eagerly await your prompt response and guidance.
