      Not all Canadian Pharmacies are equal. Mapleleafmeds is not a quality pharmacy. New prescriptions were sent and never received. One re-order was not fulfilled. It takes about 30 days to process orders if they process them at all. **************** is a joke with this company along with mail accountability. Highly recommend you DO NOT engage Mapleafmeds for prescription medication.

      Canada Pharmacy charged me for my medication when I placed the order. They did not notify me that my medication was on back order. When I checked the status on line and called, they couldn't tell me when it might be back in stock. I found the medication locally and told them I didn't need the medication on back order and they refunded my payment. Weeks later they sent the medication anyway. When I tried to pay for it with a credit card on their site I wasn't able to because the original payment had been made for that order and I was told only one payment can be made per order. They said my only option was to pay by check. I don't like to give my checking account information out. Every time I called about this, I was told they would check and call me back, but they didn't. They just kept sending an email requesting payment.

      In 2 days it will be one month since I placed my order. I still have not received it and no tracking. It's a $600 order. I will never use this company again. I gave them one more chance but the service was even worse the second time. Never ever again.

      Everything was smooth with my first four prescriptions and I was happy. Once I realized the slow pace I started to send in Rx's very soon after receiving a prior delivery. Then an order was shipped and listed as delivered but I never received it. That was on 9/27 and they said they would send another order. It is now 10/18 and despite about 7 "chats" with customer service it has been 3 weeks with no medications. Adding insult to injury the customer service keeps giving me the answer 'We will tell them to give it a rush" but nothing happens, while the website says "Waiting for doctor's approval" or "Waiting for Shipping." If the medication was needed to sustain life I would be dead. I am switching pharmacies to another one in Canada.

      Had horrible experience. Waited 4 months, never received my prescription. Kept emailing and never received response. Used chat customer service feature who confirmed it was never shipped and referred to another ***** Received no response. Emailed again, no response. Finally spoke with customer service rep today and was told that there was note on account that script wasn't fulfilled because it had 2025 expiration date? It's June 2024! But no one ever told me. I cancelled order and asked for full refund. Avoid this place at all costs. They are a sham. I would be concerned what quality and manufacturer the drugs are coming from.

      I have had a fairly smooth experience with Canada Pharmacy, that is until I had to refill my most recent prescription. They told me I could text it to them which I did the day of my appointment. A week goes by and I hear nothing, no email, so I also add it on the website. 2 weeks later still nothing. I called today and they said it is pending the approval of one of their doctors. Literally why? My doctor already approved it, why in the world would I need another doctor, who has never seen me or knows my medical history approve it? I only 5 have days left in my script and it is something I medically need to take every day. If it legitimately wasn't $400 cheaper for the 90 day supply, I wouldn't use them again. I paid off my prescription weeks ago, so I am super ****** off right now.

      I've been waiting for months for a prescription that is now "not available". It has been months. they've taken my money and have been uncooperative. I've requested that my order canceled, money be refunded, by both email and by phone. This is too bad because I've been a customer for 8 years.

      This company was dishonest and gave me the "run around" multiple times for one prescription. I authorized a payment for my meds and was assured the payment would not be processed until they received a prescription from my doctor. The payment was processed via bank draft immediately, before I contacted my doctor. When I inquired about this, I asked them to listen to the previously recorded phone call. The agent admitted the payment was processed outside of the agreement, but told me that they only needed my prescription to proceed. My doctor submitted the prescription and I was notified that there was a problem with the way the script was written, as it did not match the previous order. I contacted an agent, and told her to dispense the script as it was written. Due to the fact that it was a new script and not a refill, this should have sufficed. The agent said I would owe more money, because the "SR" cost more than the "XL". I paid, and thought everything was straightened out. I then, receive another notification that my script could not be filled due to another error in the way the prescription was written. They wanted another prescription sent to them by my doctor. I cancelled my order and asked for a full refund. I was told by them, that a Canadian check will be issued and that there may be a fee from my bank to cash the check. They had no trouble taking the money out of my account, but could not put it back in? How many times can one prescription "not be written correctly". How was this "fixed" when I paid more money, and then, suddenly, there was another problem. I do not trust this company. What are they doing with the prescriptions that are supposedly not written correctly?

      Terrible customer service since they can only repeat the same thing over and over again since they dont provide any useful info. Been waiting since June 28 and paid for front of the line which means nothing. There are other pharmacies that provide great customer service. Stay away

      **************** is not responsive. Order placed 4 months ago and no estimated time of delivery. Representative can only the item is on backorder from suppler. Person is unwilling or unable to provide additional information. This is not for an exotic drug. It has been around for 20+ years. The best they can offer is to wait or purchase at a higher price from a different supplier. I have not had any problems in the prior 2 years I have been using them. This is very disappointing.
