I believe they try to be responsible but my experience is that they do not have an adequate system to accommodate their sales. I have had two experiences with orders and subsequent conversations dropping between the cracks and although each time they are apologetic, it doesn't get fixed. I won't order again.Review from Amy B

I placed an order and was charged but I have still not received the order several weeks later. I was charged for the order immediately. I have called multiple times and have been told they needed a new prescription. I uploaded multiple times and was told they did not have it, I asked to cancel the order and now am waiting to see if they cancel it and return my money.HELP!Review from Angel C

My experience mirrors the ones below. This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. They can process your payment immediately -- as in, same day -- but try getting it back from their greedy hands! I called first and was told my medication was in stock, but it still had not arrived a month later. A 2nd call, and they said the medication was actually "out of stock" -- whoops!, a slight oversight -- but it would not ship immediately. Short version: a total of 3 months later, probably 10 calls and emails, no medication and no refund. All you ever get is an "I understand" and a "Please wait ***** hours while we look into the problem." It's a stall tactic; and they will keep at it a million times. I only got saved because they are SO incompetent that they actually forgot to formalize my payment. It was still listed as "pending" with my credit card, so I was able to cancel it. I also closed that account so this company could not try to re-bill me. Buyer, BEWARE!Review from Fay H

******** ***** have called multiple times to see why my order has not been shipped after paying $333.00. Keep getting the same old excuse that that need to contact the shipping department and will let me know the the update info. First two orders last year were complete and arrived on time. I was very satisfied. Then, in mid-March this year, same prescription, confiscated by *** for no reason. CDD did not attempt to retrieve the package but promised to replace it, expedited within 48 hours. After 2 weeks of conflicting stories from customer service no word of if/when replacement to be shipped out so I canceled the order & purchased the meds locally. I tried to get refund from ******, their financial services company, and ****** ******** refused, even though merchandise never received. **** was able to retrieve the funds so all was not lost. Last week I received the replacement order (5 weeks late), even though order was canceled weeks before. I contacted CDD to pay for it since order is here and I can use it at a later date. I gave them my electronic check info, authorizing full payment. Rather than submit for the authorized amount, they overcharged. Nobody contacted me to inform me of the error. I found it when checking the books for another matter. When called out on the overcharge CDD said, “Don’t worry we gave you a store credit for the overcharge”. I stopped payment on that check and offered them the option of accepting a personal check, taking the unopened medication back, or waiving all charges. Waiting to hear how they wish to proceed. Absolutely do not use them! I ordered ************ meds with the information of 10-20 days and up to 5 days processing from Canada. It has been 2 full weeks. The meds are still on back order in India! My doctor doesn't want to write a second prescription and I can't afford americas prices even with insurance so get it filled a second time with no medication. Now I get to hope and pray it actually gets filled and sent sometime ****** *** ****** **** ******Review from DAVID P

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS ******* ORGANIZATION !!!!!!!!!! I had two prescription medications and I had prescriptions for both which I sent them. They sent me one of the medications which had NO EFFECT at all and I demanded my money back and they refused and the second medication they cashed my check and kept it for TWO MONTHS before telling me they did not have the medication and said it would be 10-20 days before I would get my money back - I STILL DO NOT HAVE A REFUND !!!!!!!!!!
