We instructed our team to ensure that the cutting of panels was precise to fit effectively along the irregular outline of the roof and fascia.   Once the technician was scheduled, the fix on the patio roof was completed quickly and must have been done properly as it was quickly tested by 3 days of heavy rains and no leak.

  Our salesperson, Joel was very nice and extremely personable. He came and gave us a quote (20 minutes) and explained clearly our options, the steps taken and the exact price to pay (no surprises). Then I truly appreciate the fact that he was not insisting in us buying right there and now. The team (2) that came were totally customer oriented and there to help us if we had requests or questions. I had a couple of requests and they made sure I was pleased with their work. They did a great job and cleaned everything with great attention. Our patio is spectacular! Thank you Team Primetop!

  Contacted Joel for a sunroom enclosure. While he is a nice car guy and easy to talk to, the workmanship of the people he sent out was horrible. I basically supervised the whole job and had to tell them how to do everything. Nice guy, but I would not hire this company again.

  I contacted this company last year when I pondered installing a catio (enclosed space for my cats). We had an aluminum awning that I didn't like the look of when we moved into the house, and when it started leaking, because it was installed wrong and no one would touch it to fix it. I remembered this company and called to ask if they would replace the leaking awning. It is now a beautiful flat awning with 3 skylight/windows to allow light. They also came 3x to take measurements to ensure that the designs where done correctly. They installed it to the correct height (compared to what we had) and installed extra features such as a second down spout, and a small beam to reinforce a specific area of the awning. We are very pleased as all work men were courteous and efficient. They did not recommend replacing things that did not need to be replaced and did the job that we asked and more. Would recommend them to others.
