            The Better Business Bureau (BBB) received consumer inquiry about DrClean Spray, an online retailer using an address in Vancouver, BC. The customers alleged that they paid for an order and either did not receive the product or received something completely different. Following a BBB investigation into the company, it was found that the address provided on the company’s website (1771 Robson St., Vancouver BC) is also listed as the business address for the following businesses:

            DrClean Spray
            NanoSparkle Cloth
            Q-Grips
            SonoShine
            Pleasant Cleaners
            Prime Guard Camera

            BBB reached out to the business with letters on September 16, 27, and November 4, 2021 to confirm details about their business location, return policy and any possible affiliations with the above-listed businesses that share the same address. BBB also contacted the City of Vancouver to verify if there is a business licence connected to the company’s listed address. However, the City does not have any records for this address. As of November 12, 2021 BBB has not received any response from RestoFinisher. The website for the company, https://restofinisher.com/, is still active.

              I ordered two bottles of restofinisher and never received products.I was looking for their website and came across complaints made by other people on Comlaints that they were not happy with the product,and product did not perform like advertized.It was also reported that requests for refund was not answered as in (money paid returned )but may refunded have only received credit for more product. I would like my money $65.29 refunded in full.
