Joke of a company. Sold our company auto leads and tech and didnt deliver. Ignored contact. Complete ****. Their excuses at first were they were still “figuring it out”. I filled out the online application which My Marble proceeded with a hard credit inquiry which should only be a soft inquiry that ended up affecting my credit. I did not sign the docusign agreements and go through with the agreement yet they still did a hard inquiry anyways. Be prepared to have the same happen if you choose to use this company. There are better and cheaper options than this one and they continued to email and call me even though I expressed my concerns which they did not address.Review from Stephen H.

The underwriting team and management leader at this company for the **** ***** Loan has really let me down especially Alex who did not take my application seriously. My income was more than sufficient, never been delinquent in my payments with my proposal and still they wanted me to get a co- signer, which made no sense to me. And it didn't make sense either to the only professional I've dealt with there by the name of Daniel. He took on my file since January and has worked with me for the pass 4 months, and yet the team he worked for couldn't figure out the numbers because they were too hung up on following a system that cannot account for the human element when it comes to understanding clients complete financial profile. I gave them every document they required to prove I meet their requirements and still they wouldn't proceed. Your company needs more people like Daniel who is passionate about helping clients. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed and I pray that no one goes through what I did with them. Marble you lost a good candidate. *** ** *** **** ******** **** *** ****** ***** ** **** * *** **** ** *** *** ******** ************ The only reason why you got one star was because of Daniel. In my opinion Marble did not live up to their values of Compassion, Knowledge, and Dependability
