I am reporting that **** of VCP Construction LTD have committed fraud, Additionally, they have caused property damage amounting to over $3000. Due to over 4 months of delays in the shop renovations, I have incurred over $40,000 in additional leasing fees. As a result of his actions, I had to sell my business for approximately $95,000 less than my original purchase price. Between late March and early July, it was evident that **** made little progress on the shop. It's no wonder that to this day, it resembles a war zone.Upon scrutinizing Pauls egregiously late 4-month invoices, it became apparent that not only was I overcharged, but I also paid both of him twice for the little work that was accomplished. The discrepancies in his invoices are baffling. In his 6 separate invoices, he duplicated 14 items with differing price quotes, and the total price, cost, and balance did not align. I e-transferred to pauls account, totalling $21,818, in addition to $1,1000 for strata property damage.Over the past 3 weeks, I have constantly asked him to provide me with answers to basic customer questions, such as the amount of actual work done and an explanation for each item. I have also requested him to email me any permits and drawings but he evaded my queries in various ways, offering excuses such as phone malfunctions, being out of town and promising to provide explanations the next day. His responses never materialized, nor did I receive any permit or drawing documents from him. This has substantiated my loss of trust in your words. Repeatedly, he has demonstrated that he is an untrustworthy individual who has swindled me. I already have sufficient evidence that he had to reimburse me, yet it has been more than 3 weeks, and I have not received any money from him.

In regards to complaint # ********

    Billing or Collection Issues

    Consumer: ** *****

We (VCP Construction) were originally hired by **** ***** of Marzio Renovations who got our reference
from BBB and some of our previous clients. We had never met them before or had any association with them prior to
    this project.

Marzio Renovations originally hired VCP Construction to install one kitchen sink (Invoice # **** Pfaff_VCP Inv 2415)
which required getting a permit from city of *********, after few weeks or sometime they (Marzio Renovations)
showed us a sketch which now specified 2 floor drains (Invoice # **** Pfaff_VCP Inv 2416).
One of the city's requirements was to install a grease interceptor under the floor in the parking lot which increased our
price because we had to remove old plumbing water lines. **** ***** requested us to make one invoice so we added
all the new work (Invoice # Knock Knock QQ Balls_VCP Inv 2415 for $10,700.00) We had an error in calculating the
total price so right away we sent a revised invoice with the same name & number for $15,900.00 (you can see the
breakdown on both invoices the client submitted.

And after all that we were also commissioned to do coring for 3 additional floor drain holes (Invoice # Knock Knock
    QQ Balls_VCP Inv 2417_V2).

After that we were also commissioned to do demolition of floor tiles and one room walls (Invoice # Knock Knock QQ
    Balls_VCP Inv 2422).

To fulfill all that commercial kitchen requirements we needed to involve engineers (Invoice # Knock Knock QQ
    Balls_VCP Inv 2434).

We also required sanitary & domestic water distribution drawings (Invoice # Knock Knock QQ Balls_VCP Inv 2435).
All of the above was commissioned by **** ***** of Marzio Renovations. If the client has any dispute she should with
Marzio Renovations. All of the engineering work was done, the only thing left was to submit a drawing for the building
permit. **** ***** stopped work stating that they don't have any more money.

Additionally, the ****** review that the client has mentioned is not real. We have never worked with anyone with that
    name.

We have gone through all the invoices & communicational threads of emails & text messages between all parties
involved & we have not found any wrongdoing or fraudulent invoicing.

We have in depth record of all the form submissions made to the city hall & strata which can be provided upon request.

We are now preceding with defamation against this client as she is texting threatening my staff telling them how I will
go to jail therefore my staff will have no jobs & they should all leave VCP Construction also approaching them to get
    my daughters phone numbers.

    Sincerely.

    **** (VCP Construction)
