              The worse no customer service of a business. I have made a claim before December 7 to get my car to get approval to have the car repair and fix. After Dec 7 the adjustment was away everything left with no f/up no one has contact me or provide me any update what happen to my car. I have called at least more than 5 times and also body shop technician also called but never have a respond and get an answer reply from anyone. I need to call everyday chat to more than 3 customer service representative all they give was an answer your adjustment was away and it is a holiday and you do have to wait at least 2 weeks wait time. What an employee such is so irresponsible with their job left task unattended no f/up with customer even though they are on holiday at least there is someone to f/up and contact customer what is going on. For my case is zero left messages and email no reply. Talked to customer service they said will talk to manager and adjuster team what so ever but no one has get back to me at all or to the body shop. Today is January 2 I am still having zero message. The rental car they have assigned for new is due and I really don't know where to help now. This is very urgent matter I hope you may contact the company to find out and have a solution for me by today. Best regards,*** ************

              It took Family Insurance Solutions almost four months to pay a claim for a water main leak. The adjuster had the information requested within days. Then I had to call and email periodically for over 90 days to try and get the claim paid. This type of service is pathetic. Definitely would recommend NOT dealing with Family Insurance Solutions for your home or auto insurance.
