            I was approved for a $500 loan and never received the loan. I contacted the company and they stated that it was sent via etransfer, but I never received any communication for such. They said it was deposited as well, and I asked them if we could resolve this somehow, and they stated they couldn't help me so now I am stuck paying this loan off, which I never received.

            If there was a way to put less of a star rating than 1 I would. I would like to say that I made the arrangements for my payments to come out of my account every two weeks on the Friday of my paycheck to which I have been subjected to at least one nsf fee if not two. But if this continues on for the remainder of the next two scheduled payments then we will have a serious issue as I have already been in contact with my bank and they have charged me $49.00 nsf fees from my account and then after that even though the money was available in the account later that day as promised. (This pissed me right off being that I am still responsible for my payment and also the fact that I'm being charged for a nsf fee almost 1/3 of the amount of the cost of the bill payment.) Whoever is in the wrong here doesn't matter. I'm the only one who is ******* ****** hard and by both parties. *** **** **** ********. I said to take the payments out every second Friday on my paycheck yesterday. My bank is not working with me on this issue because it falls on your company. Fix the issue. You owe me the nsf fee they charged me. I will pay the amount due. Take the payments on the date scheduled.
