Paid for parking at ****************. Received a parking ticket even though my parking time had not expired. Immediately disputed it - heard nothing. Disputed it twice more over the next 2 months. Just received a letter in the mail about the ticket - I have proof of payment! It's just ridiculous.

The company who behaves like mafias. They feel proud in stealing from innocent clients. These cockroaches are supported by both fedral and provincial govts. They deserve to be kicked out of canada. ****** their business license

Paid for daily parking at ****************. The company double-charges me each time on my Credit Card. I have no choice but to use their Hangtag app which I'm forced to use.On top of this the company billed my credit card for daily parking even when I wasn't in the Office that day.Had to finally dispute the charges and cancel my card. ***, I removed the Credit card from my Hangtag account and they still billed me.They have a useless department handling billing issues. They repeatedly say there is nothing to do but go to your bank.Check your credit card !!

When a company doesn't maintain the equipment for payment. Thus causing the customers to a ********************** ticket. I tried 3 different cards and all declined. As a retired military veteran living in ******** knows how to follow rules in Steveston bc shouldn't be punished for the lack of maintainence.

Unfair Practices Lack of Clear Signage I parked at Imparks Garage 3 (*************) on Oct. 25, 2024. There was no clear signage instructing customers to pay immediately or indicating rates. Assuming I could pay upon return, I used HangTag for $20.50 for the 5 hours I parked. Despite this, I found a ticket on my windshield. This lack of transparency led to a total charge of $110.50, which feels unfair and exploitative. Impark must provide prominent signage with clear instructions at entry points and parking areas. Avoid this lot if you value fair treatment and transparent practices.

I had a frustrating experience with this companys customer service. It seems like they dont provide adequate training to the staff answering customer calls. I called to cancel our monthly parking, but the process was made unnecessarily difficult. Since my name wasnt listed on the account, they refused to let me cancel it. When I asked if the account owner could call instead, the representative insisted they wouldnt share any information about the accounteven though we have access to the account, payment history, and login details.I expected a bit of common sense and flexibility from customer service to make the process smoother, but unfortunately, that wasnt the case.On top of that, they repeatedly issued parking tickets, despite us being on a monthly payment plan. Resolving these tickets was a hassle and caused us a lot of unnecessary stress. While they are a large company, not all of their employees seem committed to being helpful or providing good service.

As a worker that has to rush to get a shopping done. The signs that they say are posted everywhere. Well not on handicap signs where I parked. The sign by the elevator was blocked by shopping carts. And the big sign at the entryway has over a 1000 words and the register you car words were so small I couldn't read them as I'm driving. They have no leeway for 1st offense. For a 60 minute free lot because I didn't see the register your car sign cost me $70 for 35 minutes.

I was charged over %400 interest over an 8 week period for a bill I had thought I'd paid in full by Impark. Original bill was on Aug 1 was $40.00 and a late fee was paid of $86.45 3 on Aug 19. Now they are asking on Sept. 20th received by postal mail another $98.00. Phoned to inform them **** had been paid, only for them to inform that that **** is actually $375. Interest over %60 is illegal.

I have just received a statement letter from Impark on Friday the 12th of September 2024 in relation to parking on the 29th of July 2024. It claims a ticket was issued at the time. My daughter and her boyfriend were having dinner at the *********************, paid in cash for 2 hours at **************** (she paid in change and he watched her pay). Two key points here, firstly they returned to the vehicle and there was no ticket and secondly she remembers having approximately 40 minutes left, which would seem probable based on the time for a meal for two. Impark claim there could have been an error with the input of the registration and cannot find any payment in relation to our registration. They have very generously agreed to reduce the penalty to $86.47 from $98.00.I have no reason to doubt my daughter and have a witness to the payment.
